Thank you for replying, do you think these will take away from the beach/starfish theme?

I have such a headache when deciding a centerpiece. I wanted to do something out of the box, but incorporate some Filipino thing in my wedding since my FI is Filipino. I choose my theme to be more beach then tropical and I'm using starfish as my main signature. With that said I wanted to know what you guys thought of these capiz lotus flowers candle holders for centerpiece. From what I have seen from other weddings at the RIU the tables are long (squared) so I wanted to do one main centerpiece with the candle holders going down the middle of the table. Some of my FI's family live in the Philippines which is where these baby's are made and they have said they will ship them to me. If you don’t know what capiz are they are seashells that are very thin. Here is a picture of what they look like. I wanted to get them in this color which is closets to aqua/seafoam, and I also wanted to get them in the sunset/amber color which is closest to my Palm Beach coral color. Do you think this takes away from my main theme “starfish?†These are lotus flowers and I will incorporate starfish in the centerpiece but I just have not figured that part out yet.

Okay ladies I found another website if your are doing a candy buffet. They have various items to help and they are low cost. They also sell some candy in bulk for cheaper than candywarehouse.com. I also used wedding wire, they seem to have everything including connections to other apps and registry's.

nobody showed up... I just got back in. Lots of salsa dancing. I couldn't tell if you guys came I should have had a meeting phrase or something.. If I saw someone looking at me I asked if they were here to meet up with brides from bdw and they just looked like what the heck I was saying so I just gave up and went to the dance floor.. we can meet up again if you ladies want.. I don't get out much since becoming a new mommy. It was a good excuse to get out. I miss dancing..

ladies what were you thinking of your first dance, at the cocktail hour or reception? Both FI and I are salsa dancers so we want to start with a slow dance and end up doing a salsa dance towards the end. I was trying to get an idea how this would work out.

I talked to my FI about how he got the cigar roller and he said that he contacted the resort and he told them that he wanted to add a cigar roller and Nancy replied back and said that the cigar roller is on site. A month before the wedding call the resort and let them know and they will notify the cigar roller. From what he said the price is per cigar depending on the type of tobacco or you can give them a limit and after they will stop rolling and leave. He also said that they will have some pre-rolled cigars when the cocktail hour begin. Hope this helps and sorry so late.

I live in North Jersey was able to find 50 bags in various stores around North Jersey. I would call them and check before you go.

LADIES LADIES LADIES.... WE FEEL OFF! We need to BUMP this post back and keep it active, including myself.... For me I have been working out like crazy... mostly during my lunch hour at work... and only spinning. I just started INSANTIY.. I initially started before but stopped cause I felt I needed to lose some weight first cause it's a lot of jumping. Eventually with motivation from my FI I decided to just do it and I'm almost done with week .. so wish me luck! Please keep me posted and updated on your weight. I'm going to post the spreadsheet tomorrow. I know it's kinda late but I will still post it and you can always post your weight later on next week. I decided to go with the 5 hour with Del Sol, and have not discussed the visitors fee. They have said they work with the resort so I'm not sure as of yet, but will keep you posted. My colors are Palm Beach Coral and Seafoam Green with blemishes of silver. My FI found the cigar roller through the resorts, and basically you give them a dollar amount of cigars you want rolled. Once they have rolled up to the dollar amount they leave., unless you don't mind your guest paying for cigars (I do so I said I just want them to leave). Thank you about the dress. I'm not really a dress person but I love the way this dress looks and I refuse to try it on before I drop these pounds cause I don't want my image tainted. I also actually started looking for bowls and suck for a candy buffet. I think I want to set the buffet around the cake area, not a large one but something small. Your DIY Boarding Pass.
