  1. Trust me when I say, you won't get much more than okay before hand. Now after everything is said and done, then you'll get a perfectionist with 1000 & 4 opinions, LOL. Take that okay and run with it!!
  2. LOL autocorrect and my sticky fingers are not a great combo!
  3. LMAO, not a blunt....I need someone to keep it real and be blunt! LOL -I do NOT smoke
  4. I need a blunt!!! I just told my husband I was getting back to it Saturday morning, I was so motivated so I know I can get back in the swing.
  5. I have just designed my postcards that I will include in my OOT bags, I will order them when I get home. Postcards are free on VistaPrint....patience and endurance
  6. Wow, you ladies are truly an inspiration (doesn't mean I'm going to go pop the DVD in yet I will consider it again) I must admit I did it for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the way I felt. I would get up in the morning before work do my 40 minute work out and then tackle the day. Issue is (solely cosmetic of course) is that I am a nappy head chic and my hair has been pressed for the last 2 months and I really don't want my scalp to sweat. Yet then again, my mother told me to get back at it, wrap it up with a scarf and throw a hat on. So since, I am less than 60 days, maybe I will pick back up this Saturday, just skip the first fitness test!!! I will report back and let you ladies know if me & Shaun had a session
  7. I love your list, may have to duplicate those selections Although our first dance is Kem - Share My Life
  8. We have an HP ink jet (even though it is called a laser jet *shurgs) yet anyhow, it prints wonderfully!! We got it at Best Buy for $90 when our LexMark decided it didn't want to be part of our home wireless network, oh well, it's lost
  9. Your DIY invitations came out wonderfully! The starfish and the sand dollar adds that extra little pizazz! I love paper and more, we actually have a store right here in town!!! Besides Michael's - I am always in paper heaven, LOL
  10. Hi Celeste! Thank you kindly! The quotes that I have been receiving for screen printed shirts have been about $8 a shirt and I need about 14. So I'm on the fence. Mister Rockafeller (my husband) just wants me to spend spend spend and order everything, like we both bring home 6 figures. I am not sure how I feel about the iron on shirts, though.
  11. Can I be nosey and if you don't mind, inquiry into how long is the turnaround on those?
  12. Hi, well I am married. Have been married since January 2010 and I still have that I'm getting married feel!! The big dress, the minimum guest, I know I will still cry the tears of joy and still look at my husband the same way I did when we had a civil ceremony in the states. A lot of brides have done there civil ceremony before they left for their destination and just had a symbolic at their destination and from what I read the scripts are so similar none of your guest would know the difference if you didn't tell them.
  13. It's okay Amanda, I deal with this everyday, LOL. My husband's cousin and brother are supposed to be his best men. Our wedding is November 12 and neither one has applied for a passport and neither one of them have a plane ticket. In our case we offered to pay for rooming for the wedding party based on double occupancy in a room. His cousin's wife, continues to go back and forth in regards to rather she is coming or not, so as far as I am concerned his cousin (if he comes) has no room and I refused I really mean I REFUSE to worry about them. My husband is so nonchalant towards the matter which really irks me more. C'mon this is your family, not friends, family (brother and cousin) and they can't step up to the plate and do what needs to be done of them!!! So trust me when I say Amanda ~ you are not alone especially being on this site. I can continue to go on about family, being continuously flaky yet I choose not to let any of them bother me anymore!
  14. When you put it like that, it does make sense. Since I styled the shirts to be conversation like, it keeps everything boxed! I like....
  15. It's more so because the shirt is orange that you see the outlining. I trimmed it down so that the pages would be the same sized, yet I am just not sure how I feel about it. Yet at the same I don't think I wanna shell out $150 for t-shirts.
  16. Oh and before I forget, here is our monogram printed on the back of the ivory boarding passes and will be printing on everything from here on out and also our luggage tags.
  17. Yet, that is not why I got on to blog today, so I came home from work and guess what the FedEx fairy left behind for me After reading another's bride post about her escort card and how she used the CuttleBug, I went straight to eBay (as you can probably tell by now I am an eBay addict). I got both machines for less than the price of the Cricut alone. I am so ready to play with it!!!! Besides the Cricut, I started my t-shirts, here is my design: This is my first t-shirt a complete disaster: . and here's my second: Honest opinion ladies, should I stick with the iron ons or should I dish out the extra money to pay for screen prints for shirts people may never wear again? Well that is all for tonight, I am going to go play with my new toy. Maybe I will have something new to post tomorrow!!!
  18. So where do I start, I have already admitted I have ADHD and I have completly lost my place in my story. So to back track some, when I was planning my wedding in Florida we had ordered save the date cards and they were actually pretty nice. I used weddingpaperdivas and used a pic that we took when I came up to visit my then fiance before I moved up to Virginia. Here they are: Yet when I sent those out he did not yet buy the ring. If you have read the story, you can understand why a ring was never an importance of mine. I had my love and a growing belly (and I must had, I was not working), so a ring was never a big thing to me. I knew when the time was right that he would pick the perfect ring. Well, we were married for 1.5 years and I got a ring. You know they say go big or stay home and yes he did alright for the first ring. It is a 3 carat AAA black diamond!!! How perfect. Completely full of flaws yet the flaws make it beautiful, so how can you resist something that is made perfect by it's imperfections.
  19. Hi MoBayBride2B....where do you reside in this neck of the woods? I too am a North Virginian, maybe we can swap ideas, you have a great time to plan.
  20. Thank You......I would definitely like to be a part of the great deals!!
  21. OOOhhh, so many good ideas and Michael's has paper on sale and it's Halloween so it is orange every where. To the DIY paper flowers, with sparkles of course. I never thought about the time pieces, yes we both have a pretty hefty watch collection, I like I like. I may have to keep your email in my rotation when I come across things....Keep them coming - you're going to have planning withdrawal soon and I will be right here to ease your pain, LOL
  22. So, I must say I love my grandfather!!! He is just so cute to be such an old man. He will indeed be walking me down the aisle, and he was honored when I asked. Yet, I just got off the phone with my grandfather and he thought the boarding pass invitation was a real boarding pass. You just have to love old people. If we hadn't spoke, he probably would have went to the airport cursing the people out when they didn't let him through security. Even though, on the back (which I will take pics of) they all say not valid for travel!! Got to love my PaPa Signed - Lena Bena
