Thanks so much, Sharon. I'm so pleased with it! Etsy is my addiction. I had my dress fitting but I left ALL my accessories at home . I lost some inches so I could sit down with ease lol but when I put on my bra.. I had back fat. A friend told me to get a different bra and go back and try it on. That will be the goal this weekend.

I just got my AHR invitations in the mail. They should have been done at the beginning of the month. Then my FMIL informed that we missed people. This weekend, i will be on the grind.

lol I prefer to say the days (21), rather than the weeks (3), because the weeks make me anxious... I feel like there is so much to do. My finial fitting is Thursday and I'm waiting for my head peice to come in. Hopefully it comes tomorrow of on Thursday morning. I think I will start packing this weekend.

I just found a lunch box with his favorite character on it. I will put things that will enhance his sense. Photos (sight), cologne (smell), cufflinks and a tie with texture (touch) a wedding cd (hearing) and taste ( still thinking on this)

Our rsvp date has passed (3/15) and they trickled in. Just got one today. I am starting to call/text people. The response rate is better with the people who are not going. The ones who are going figure that they already paid their money. The problem is... the AHR rsvp is in the same rsvp so we also need the numbers for that as well. I find myself having to encourage my FI and parents to remind their friends that they still have to respond so we can get the proper count or they should not plan to come. We are sending our AHR invitations specifically for the AHR. We have set up an email address and google number for them to RSVP and put a detailed insert with the invitation.

Computer was acting funny last night, here's the template Mint Matchbooks_s2.ppt

Never mind the gray ones. I have to fix this template. When you put your information in you have to remember to delete stuff instead of pushing it to the back. You fold the bottom, so you have a lip at the bottom Staple the bottom and put a sticky dot above where you stapled. The stapler was $2.49 at target and it came with 1000 standard size staples(more than enough) Place the mint on the sticky dot Fold Insert the top to the stapled lip. You don't have to crease it, if you don't want to. (front) Back The peacock ones have the same wording on the back and the front says "Koretta and Marcus mint to be may 8, 2012" Pretty easy and fun! Enjoy!

This is my first DIY thread (yay!) I received the template from Bride2010 and Martha Stewart's DIY matchbook template. I think this was the easiest of the things that are on my "to do" list. 1. card stock (ream was $15/ purchased at Michael's also used paper for AHR invitations) 2. printing @kinko's ($.50 color per page and four were on a page/38 pages of each<2 designs>) 3. Stock tape dots ($4.95 target) 4. life save mints (individually wrapped $8.99 3lb bag target) 5. paper cutter (borrowed)

I am doing carnival over royal because of the price. I have gone on a RC cruise and enjoyed the experience but I was told the RC is not as fun as carnival (and this was from 60-70 year old women)

I had my bachelorette and bridal shower this past weekend and it has set in that I'm 40 days away. I cant believe it. I feel like I'm so behind in getting things done. We had to find a new caterer for our AHR and figure out a shuttle schedule... All after I finialized the invites, so now a lovely insert is needed. Good thing is my FI is taking the lead on that and we are having a crafting/ stuffing party this weekend.
