    I have not had easy communication with Juan Navarro. Sometimes it can take 7 days to hear a response. Meanwhile the Herrera's email back the same day. But this has only been my experience so I don't know if that's how it is for everyone else.

    Lovely shoes ladies! I am still not sure what shoes I will wear. I plan to walk barefoot on the beach, and nice 3-4 inch heels/wedge for reception but I am not sure how I will walk down the beach barefoot because right now I am stepping on the front of the dress like crazy, but it's not altered yet. The alteration's guy told me to bring shoes when I'm ready to get my dress altered. And the crazy thing is I ordered my dress in petite, so it's shorter than normal and I still need heming. Crazy!

    Thanks! I like your colors. We are leaning towards pink and orange, and possible blue. I'm trying to come up with inspiration boards right now so that should help. If anyone on here has done pink and orange and blue I would love to see it! I'm mainly going to use these colors of chair sashes, table runner, flowers, and paper lanterns.

    I need some help with picking wedding colors. My favorite color is blue, so for long time I was drawn to navy blue and watermelon pink, but now I'm not sure if I can pull that off with a beach wedding. I see my fiance wearing grey suit, and was thinking maybe blue/orange or orange/pink would look better for beach. It's hard to picture it. How did you pick your colors? Any advice?

    So have any of you recently got cake info? I got one yesterday, and it seems to be 2nd and 3rd tiers are extra. The price is really steep. I'm going to verify with the WC. What a bummer!!!!

    Thanks for the link! I'm also thinking about ordering paper lanterns and was wondering about the lighting for it. LED sounds very easy to deal with. How many different sizes did you get? Is the 14" the biggest you got in your pictures that you shared few days ago? And smallest 8"?

    Congratulations Brennas! You looked gorgeous! I love your bamboo set up. How was the wind? I'm sorry those things happen on the day of the wedding. It makes me really anxious about my wedding in 4 months, and things not going smoothly. I can't believe they brought you totally wrong flowers, and then accused you of lying. Sheesh! But I'm glad to hear you guys had a good time after the ceremony.

    I am so sad that he is no longer available on my date! Has anyone used his associate? That's what I'm leaning towards, but I'm still very upset that Juan is booked on our day.

    Congratulations again MsBlissMpls! I can't wait to see your pictures! It sounds like even with few hiccups it all went amazing. And thank you for such great advice! I will make sure we or someone we know can check things for us before things start. Let's say ceremony is at 5:00pm, and it's over by 5:30pm, do guests go to coctail hour right away or would a coctail hour be at 6pm?
