Thanks! I used that info to ask her. I really hope the lights are included, but in the email I asked her if there is a fee to set up if I brought lights. She said I can bring the lights and the fee is $150. So I emailed her to ask if the lights come with the set up fee. I really wish the pricing was standard for everyone. We shall see what she says.

I finally heard back from her today. She answered most of my questions. The set up fee for paper lanterns is $150 up to 15 paper lanterns. Yikes!

I've been waiting for over a month, and 3 emails sent to N, and no word from her. I am so close to calling her, but first need to get a calling card. So angry with her lack of response.

Love these pictures! We just booked Tony, his best associate for our wedding. We are also doing the TTD. Can't wait!

For those who hired outside photographer for the wedding, and did TTD. Where did you do the beach TTD? And does anyone know if resort charges for photographer to come through to take TTD pictures? I really do not want to pay another vendor fee like the one on wedding day. Any help I would appreciate it!

Omg thank you KlazNov17! I was going crazy there for a second. I will leave the rsvp cards the way they are and get a confirmation from N that there is no extra charge. In my last email from her she said I can pick and choose between the menus and it would be great to have the choices before hand. Thanks again, I feel like I can breathe now.

Omg I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm confused, I thought it clearly states on their website and in their wedding package information that as long as you book club for 7 days, the love package is complimentary, and you pay the difference for the other two packages. I will double check this with N so I have it in writing. Just wow. I hope it gets resolved for you, and soon.

Oh wow, I can see what you are saying. And I'm glad you were able to fix it for pictures, and found humor in it. I'm still waiting to hear back from N about the extra cost for tiers, so I don't know if we are doing tiers or not. But if I have to pay for it, it better not look sad. I do like your cake toppers!

Someone please help, I just ordered my invites and rsvp cards and I gave my guests 3 options for dinner entrees. Now I'm freaking out because I think I should have only given them 2. Our group will be small, maybe 12 people total, but still has anyone done 3 options? I don't know how much extra it would be, and I don't think I have time to ask the coordinator since she takes forever to respond. I'm still waiting to hear back from her on some food choices I had questions on for almost over a week. I think I can change my rsvp card before it goes to print but I have to act fast. So confused! =(

So even if I ask to get on the flight earlier, there is no telling if someone is going to want to put stuff on top of my dress? Of if flight attendant is going to have issue with how much space I'm using? That really sucsk.

I'm flying with AirTran from Baltimore direct flight to Cancun as well. And I'm expecting no closet for my dress. It sucks that they don't provide enough space for it knowing they are flying into Cancun, one of the top destination wedding places. What kind of material was your dress? Mine is organza, and I will have it steamed here before we go, and then steamed (touched up) at the resort. A friend of mine was flying recently for her wedding in Key West and she wrapped her dress and steamed it herself once they got to their destination. I have no idea what I'm going to do, specially if AirTran is going to be no help.

I've been worried about this too as some airlines do not have a hanging closet. I'm flying with AirTran on a direct flight and I'm pretty sure they do not have a hanging closet. I might need to wrap mine and have it steamed at the resort.

You did legal paperwork after getting back home? We thought about doing that, but I think we will do legal part before we leave, maybe a week or two before we go to Mexico.
