Hi girls, just saw this and thought I might jump in if that's okay. I ordered my maracas from Amols. For 10 pair of the large (softball size) they were only $2.95 for the pair. We're using them for Shake to Kiss. They are really nice! They have a bunch of other sizes and shapes. http://www.amols.com/catalog/product/MX700 I would agree it might be easier to just buy them once down there, but I believe my FI and I are shipping them down before we get there along with our OOT bags. We are getting there 5 days before the wedding so we will have plenty of time to put the OOT bags together.

I ordered my dress online at dress-pretty.com, which later turned out to be a fake website, never got the dress. Luckily, I found my dress at a great boutique in Murrysville that rushed it to me and it should be here this week. I'm so scared that it will not be the right dress or that something will be wrong with it. Our wedding date is September 5, 2011 and we are getting married at the Moon Palace in Cancun, Mexico. I loved Maggie's dress, Ireland and think it will be perfect for a beachy wedding! Wish me luck girls. Now just to find something for my hair. my shoes - I fell in love with them. I love how they are "something blue" and say "I Do" on the bottom.

I ended up finding these great bags for about $5.50 a piece. I love them. They are huge and have an inside pocket for personal items and a zipper on the outside. They come in lots of colors. Immediately after receiving this email, I went to the Maggie Soterra website and did a store locator search and was able to find all the retailers within a 50-mile radius. Finally, after scheduling an appointment with The Exquisite Bride in Murrysville, PA, I was able to find my dress, Ireland! I would have to purchase it off the floor, but the manager, Jeanie, called me back later and said that she was able to call Maggie and have the dress rushed to me and it will be here next week. I'm so relieved!! I love this dress, think that it's just perfect for a beach wedding and I've learned a very valuable lesson about these knock-off websites promising to have your dress to you in no time at all. For the future, I learned that it's best to always deal with a website that has a contact person and telephone number. Do a Better Business Bureau search on the company before sending any money. If purchasing online, and Paypal is an option, I would use it because you can always file a dispute to get your money back if it does turn out to be a scam. Here is my dress!!!
