I'm having a casual AHR so I am planning on wearing my dress for my entrance and the first few dances but then I am planning on changing to a more casual white dress

I was thinking about having my dress dry cleaned by the resort the day after my TTD shoot. What are y'alls thoughts on using the resort?

Thanks for the information deniden and jmastr. I have decided to have a cocktail hour before the reception and have our pictures taken during the cocktail hour. Although we aren't really traditional on most things I really wanted to do the whole not see each other thing until I am walking down the ailse. Our photographer is going to be taking us all around the island the day after the wedding for more pictures so I will be able to get shots looking "fresh" then!! This is how our wedding should go... 5:30 - Ceremony 6:00- Cocktail Hour 7:00 - Reception - We are also going to do the first dance parent dances cake cutting in the very beginning so that after dinner we can just dance the night away!!

We are having a steel pan drummer for walking down the ailse. Does anyone have any suggestions for songs that sound really good on a steel pan drum?

This is such a good idea, the first time I saw them was in the Hangover 2 but I never thought about potentially haveing it at my destination wedding. Unfortunately the resort I am getting married at does not allow them since Aurba is so windy! Oh well!!

I have been told that there will be a candy buffet at my bridal shower, which I am excited about since I think they are soooo cute!! I am thinking I may have a candy buffet at my AHR too.

My colors are pink and orange - - however, I am not having a bridal party so besides the decorations there wont be too much of the pink and orange around
