i have gina, haven't heard from her in a while also i haven't had any contact with the spa, tried two different emails we need to book our spa services, and we already know theres another wedding that day so were kinda worrying about availability. anyone with any suggestions on how to get in touch with the spa?

hey guys I've looked into this and have decided what were going to do. we feel like were getting a good deal on the catamaran. first i asked our TA and obviously they are more expensive then the resort, so i got a recommendation from gina. she lead us to ALEJANDRA OROZCO.... giving us a private catamaran for a discounted price. (as long as you guarantee or at least pay for 25 people) 4 hours, open bar, snacks, snorkeling and all fees and tips included for $81 per person. we wanted to do a lunch, but what they offered was definitely not worth it for the quality, and we figured since were going 10-2 that you can eat breakfast before and lunch after. he's giving us a 10% discount, and if your going to pay in cash when you get there it will save you the paypal fee, or the cc fee on top of the exchange fee! email me if you want me to send you the pics he sent me [email protected] heres the info... very responsive, very helpful, and very reasonable. does anyone know what the pool deck offers for an entrance way? I'm talking about when we introduce our bridal party, and ourselves for the first time... is there a walk way area or an entrance to the deck? everyone knows thats the most fun part!

I KNOW ITS CRAZY RIGHT! pay per person for people to eat at an all inclusive place they already paid for! ugh... but oh well... can you tell me exactly what you asked the coordinator for to get this reserved? we want to do the same thing.

i also was wondering about introductions for the wedding party.... i plan to make an introduction cd with announcements and music for this, but is there actually a place to walk in for an entrance on the pool deck like there would be at a reception hall at home?

im confused.... does that mean you are doing a legal ceremony in mexico and a legal ceremony when you get home? or are you doing symbolic in mexico and legal at home? i was under the assumption that in order to do the symbolic ceremony in mexico you need to be legally married already in the US and provide documents when you get to dreams. so confusing!

OK GUYS WE NEED HELP!!! we, like most of us, are doing the symbolic ceremony- since it is way easier. what i need to know is WHEN ARE YOU GETTING LEGALLY MARRIED? what documents do they need when we go to mexico? are you going to town hall/your church a few days before mexico or a month before? we have been going back and forth about this for a while. but we know its easier to get the info from the professionals on this board then the people at dreams! thanks... respond here or email me! any ideas on groomsmen gifts? we are the 6th wedding of our friends and everything has just about been done... flask, watch, sunglasses, mugs, etc... wanted a cool idea and also something that is easy to travel with... any input helps! thanks

we are arriving for our wedding that day... hopefully we get there in time to see yours... we are going to let everyone be outside all night and sweat it out! just pray for no rain!!! what do you plan on doing as far as tipping goes? who and how much?

so far our OOT bags have: personalized playing cards small tube of sunscreen packs of advil shout wipes chap stick tissues antibacterial gel mints mini first aid kits def like the idea of welcome letters, itinerary, and do not disturb signs.

it is definitely cheaper then anything in NJ but man they really try to bang us for every little thing. especially the tax and convenience charge on everything we do.

anyone? also one more... for the welcome dinner/ rehearsal dinner did anyone go with the two options of...(from gina's email) About the Rehearsal dinner on the Restaurant: 15 usd plus 11% tax and 15% service charge per person, to reserve an area for the group and the restaurant can be opened to the public. This charges apply because this a special amenity that we do for our weddings, since we can´t make reservations for our restaurants, it is first serve, so in order for us to guarantee that the whole group will sit in the same area, we need to make reservation. ( menu from the Restaurant). For private event on the Beach. 35 usd plus 11% tax and 15% service charge per person, and you can choose a buffet ( minimum 25 people), or set menu ( drinks included). or did you guys just all show up to a restaurant at the same time and sit down... is it just me or does everyone feel like were being ripped off considering everyone is already paying for an all inclusive vacation YET every single thing we are all going to do together is an extra charge???!!

quick questions: who, and how much did everyone tip? did everyone extend their reception to 4 hours? or is three hours enough. did anyone do welcome dinner on the beach? sounds cool. under 100 days left...

i was also under the impression for symbolic it requires no advanced arrival. we are arriving on a saturday for a tuesday symbolic wedding... and theres nothing we can do to change it now!

WAS GOING TO BUY FOR AT LEAST $1 EACH AT HARMONS, BUT I GUESS I JUST SAVED HALF THE PRICE. EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS I GUESS. GO GET EM!

just got back from jc penny and these are perfect... they aren't linen like we wanted but they look linen, and feel great. very affordable, and very nice. can't wait to go back and grab them with all the guys.

thats exactly what i wanted to wear! didn't even think to check jc penny, have gone to nordstroms, macys, joseph a bank, mens wearhouse, sears and a few others... thanks for the suggestion.... we were planning on paying for the groomsmen anyway for the same reasons you said. can't wait to check jc penny!
