yikes! Reading these posts are making me fear i've fallen behind. My guests have started booking at both the Royal and Gran Porto; however, I don't plan to send invitations until December 1st for my April 21, 2012 wedding. Is that considered late for a destination wedding? We've made our major selections but we're not sure we want to host a welcome cocktail hour at the Royal. Will our Gran Porto guest be able to attend? Any other fun ideas for a welcome reception/dinner that aren't too expensive. We expect 60+ to attend, so, our costs are climbing quickly. Last question (for now...hehe) has anyone given embroidered sombreros as a favor? I'm looking to purchase sombreros in bulk for a reasonable price. Thanks!
