Hey Holly, I was told hair is $95+ and makeup is about the same. One girl I spoke to said she was charged $110 each. I am paying for my girls hair, mine is free with the Aqua package, and they can do their makeup or pay for it if they choose. I am also paying for their jewelry... with 5 girls its going to be pricey but they are spending so much on travel, dress, my shower I figured it was the least I could do. Cort

My fiance and I met on OkCupid. It's a free site my friend told me about. A lot of my friends online date and no one has had any luck on it but me. My now FI messaged me and we G-chatted for a bit that week. Every time we chatted, I didn't want to stop talking to him. He asked me to dinner to one of my fave restaurants, not knowing how much I loved it. We wound up having a 5 hr first date on a Monday night, we just couldn't stop talking! 2 years later we moved in together into our townhouse and got our puppy, Charlie. A year later, we got engaged and now we are planning our wedding and building a house together. Wedding and closing date BOTH in April. It's both stressful and exciting!

You are lucky that your honey's team are good colors. We were thinking of purple, but his sister had purple in her wedding last year and we didn't want to repeat. I don't know what I'd do if my FI wanted Eagles colors, that green is awful.

We actually got engaged on the beach (dry sand) and we had some sand on our feet. Especially if people have lotions on, or sweat, it tends to stick. I just thought it would be cute

We sent out STDs 10 months before the wedding. We are sending our invitations out next month, 6 months before the wedding. They need be be back by 12/31. Our blocked rooms need to be confirmed by January next year so we need everyone booked by then. We are sending out 111 invitations and already have 21 rooms booked. We expect (hope) for 30-35 rooms by the end of the year.

Thanks! I sent her a pic of me and my fiance, a pic of our puppy and one of the dress. I also described my fiance's suit and the flowers I wanted and she put it all together for me. There are also flowers in my hair that you cant see toward the back. She did a great job! I'm sure she can do the kilt, just tell her what you need, she's easy to work with. She does take a couple months to make it though

I'm so glad I discovered this board! I sat here and read the whole thing! I am getting married next April and want to try to lose 40-50 lbs by then. I just signed up for Zumba classes! Of course I already ordered my dress so hopefully alterations won't be out of control. I already had to order DOUBLE my street size because of my boobs, I feel like I'm going to be wearing a tent because my girls are so big compared to the rest of my body. My dress comes in February and I am praying it all works out....

My hair clip came today. It is a perfect match to the flowers on my dress, I am so stoked to wear it when I have my dress on!
