has anyone had any luck with the photographers at the hotel?

yeah, someone made some for their wedding, and they just fell apart, it stunk because they worked so hard and couldnt wear them.. but you did a great job!

wow that is too expensive for me! i hope i can get a good deal! but if i spend that much on a photographer.. im gonna be in debt forever

i love dress A as well, but go with your gut.. and do what i did.. walk around the whole store with the dress... seeing if you would trip or get caught.. that made me decide really quick what i wanted to do!

i love the idea, and love etsy as well. i have yet to decide what we are going to do for that. i know that when my friend made them for her wedding they fell apart and were too heavy to keep on.

yes the day we got engaged, prior we were out of town and this company had the dress i wanted to try on.. he already saw me in it.. but who knows i might not get that dress.. but i dont believe in the supersticious stuff!

i am very nervous about ordering one online, however i read the return policy and i am saving the emails so hopefully everything works out.. it is hard to find bridal shops that carry plus size gowns. i am considered plus size not only because i am a little bit "curvy" but i also have a big rack, and a curved spine.. sooooo i have to buy a dress 2 sizes up to just fit the upper part.. argh i hate shopping for dresses. no matter how much weight i will lose, i will never be a medium or a small, i will always be a large or xl

that is a great idea, but the thing that i worry about is that the size runs too small or big. well i guess that is why you need exact measurements, but still makes me nervous!

to be honest i have seen brides have them.. but really unless you have (your friend ) then really i see no need to have one, you shouldn't have to worry about carrying it around

wow that is a lot of stuff! one thing that i would look at will be how easy will it be to transfer all that stuff, will the homemade cookies travel well, and how much are you willing to pay for extra luggage? that is what i need to keep in mind

yes i have to agree this was a good thread to start. i know that when i went to a friends wedding we used the bag and the room card holder, and i got sick so i used the pepto bismal, but nothing else! but i still have them! tehehehehe hello scrapbooking !
