Sooo glad it's not just me!! I agree with sometimes we (the brides) are the only ones making the decisions. I am not having a wedding party and my fiance usually just agrees with whatever I want. That's good and bad at the same time! lol!! I think it is definetly possible to feel over and underwhelmed at the same time. I'm kind of feeling like that myself these days. I am really nervous about my exam on Dec 9th, so I am hoping once that is over (even though it takes over a month to get the marks back!!!) I am ready to go back into wedding planning. I don't think I have that much more to do but I'm sure stuff will start creeping up slowly! Only 149 days to go!

Manda123 - What a beautiful ring!! I can see why now it will be hard to find a wedding band for it. Good luck!! Ladies...I have a confession to make....Just not really into the whole wedding plan thing right now. I wish it would hurry up and get here but don't really feel like doing much else for it. Maybe once my exam is over on December 9th, I will feel more into it. Anybody else getting the wedding blahs??

I'm sorry I don't have any info for you about Arrecife. We are bringing our own photographer down with us, so I haven't looked into reviews for anyone else and we aren't doing a video. Hope you find the information you are looking for!

Norma - I really like making it personalized with your names on it. I'm kind of partial to the starfish one since that is very similar to what I used for my luggage tags.

I don't think so. I was very careful with my wording, so hopefully we aren't charged anything. My WC didn't mention any costs for it. Guess I'd better check. Lol! Only 150 days to go before our wedding. Yay!!!

Welcome Venus909!! I'm not sure if a bonfire is a option. Hopefully, you get a response back from the resort or one of the other brides know. We are having a welcome dinner the first day we get there and don't have anything planned for a day after activity. My FI wants to do an excursion and we can't book that until we get down there. If I know my guests, they will probably want to relax and enjoy some drinks the day after. lol!! When we first booked the wedding, the WC emailed me a bunch of questions and I requested a welcome dinner.

Can't believe it's only 5 months away!! Finally finished our invites and luggage tags. We plan on mailing them around Christmas as everyone who is coming has already booked. My sky lanterns finally arrived! So excited to set them off. I'm sure time will fly over the next couple of months!

I got mine from a seller on ebay. They came from China and took about a month to get here but they are the exact colours that I wanted. I paid less than $20 for 20 sky lanterns and they are biodegradeable.

Thanks for that tip. I have been slacking on my OOT bags. I did take advantage of the Vistaprint sale!! Magnets, Welcome/Thank you letters and return address labels. All for free!! I think that will help me to get back on track.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!! Makes me feel even better about my dress. For photography, we are very lucky that my FI's friend is a photographer and he was coming with us anyways so we are going to pay him something. Still haven't figured out exactly how much yet. Guess I need to get working on that. Lol!! Tori - hope you get this figured out very soon! I'm sure you will find a great photographer. Do you know anyone getting married the same week as you that you could maybe share a photographer with?
