    I really hope she gets back to you soon! It took her about two weeks to get back to me that she was able to book us for the poolside reception was an option and then about another week or so to get back to me about the dinner. You must be getting so excited 6 weeks will go by in a flash. I am sure it will all go smoothly once you get there, I think the waiting is the hardest part J

    Thank you for the excellent tip to ask point blank about the additional meals instead of the theme menu. Today I heard back from the coordinator and YAAAY they are still an option : ) So we are now booked for a private poolside dinner followed by the poolside reception, I am really excited it’s starting to feel real!

    My dress has arrived!!! Still needs some alterations but thank goodness, I still love it!!!

    I’m a bit confused as well. We have over 50 people and we are booked for a private dance/cocktail party but when I asked about a private poolside dinner I was ONLY given the option for the theme dinners. I really hope that they are still offering the additional private meals because there is a huge price increase if you have to opt for a theme dinner. A nice mixed grill dinner at $20 a person sounds way more affordable then a themed BBQ dinner at $48 a person.

    Hi Rachael, Not sure if it will make you feel better or not but I am having a really hard time getting a response from the WC as well. I also sent an email over 2 weeks ago asking similar questions so if i get a response anytime soon I'll let you know.
