In all honesty my weight BARELY changed while doing insanity. I had to document it via photos and with a tape measure. I think if you are out of shape and go from being completely inactive to doing insanity....those are the folks that see results that quick. When you are putting on muscle and you are already somewhat in shape, I believe your bodyfat % changes and you lose inches and might not reflect on the scale. So dont be discouraged! Keep up the good/GREAT work!

I agree with Taryn, my weakness is Cakes and candy bars....ALL kinds! I did a round of Insanity last year and had such great results I decided to do another round to get in shape for my wedding. When you are pushing yourself so hard you tend to think twice about the foods you ingest. I still treat myself once a week but I dont overdo it, especially when you start seeing results and getting compliments, it SUPERcharges you to keep going and to stay on track. 34 more days until I am in Punta Cana!!! 38 days until #Jday!

We still have to finalize with the Pastor the script/ceremony Finalize with the resort our plans for decorations and times I have my BD shoot in 3 weeks (have to get all my workouts in and make sure its done right Final dress fitting next weekend Figure out what hairstyle I would like Get swimwear together Pack Start Music Spreadsheet (thats right START) Finish OOT bags Doesnt seem like much now....but its officially crunch time

All in all I am down 23 pounds with 10 lbs to go....let the battle continue!

Okay, its been about 2 weeks since i finished the Asylum, I guesss its time to post the "after" photos, somewhere in this thread is my "post insanity/pre-asylum" photos. After 30 days I saw a LOT of progress, here we are 35 days before we leave for Punta Cana and I still have a little more work to do. My final dress fitting is next weekend for my wedding gown, my reception gown came in and I had to get it taken in signifigantly, those alterations should be done in 3 weeks. yes, i can have myFI burn them! 6 weeks left for both of us:), P90x2 is a great strength workout, not really good for cardio, so im doing an asylum/p90x2 hybrid, almost down 30lbs in total!

i have it in hand and its absolutely gorgeous!!!! it took 5 days to receive it from China to my doorstep. Unfortunately i have to get it altered, i have lost 20+ pounds since i got measured, and even with the corset back its two inchs too large. getting it taken in locally it fits. i am so pleased with Jasmines and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

I am getting married in 60 days...exactly at the Majestic Elegance. The website ALWAYS shows no availability for the ME, I think they rely mainly on Travel agents to book the rooms so you yourself can't do it online. My days were all booked, but then my travel agent was able to book 20 rooms two weeks later, so dont stress about that! I know ME is updating their princing for next year and adding additional costs, make sure you are in communication with your wedding coordinator. When I hear of pricing changes I IMMEDIATELY contact my WC and she assures me that since I signed the contract before prices changed, then I am good to go. I am not having my reception at the ME due to the high costs/tax and gratuities added. A lot of ladies have their reception at the Jellyfish. My FI and I are having our reception at La Barcaza, its going to be a special treat/last day surprise for my guests. Final fitting for my dress on JAnuary 9th, my BD shoot is on January 8th. I still need to order my custom cake topper...I have a lot of loose ends to tie up... We are doing OOT bags, we plan to hand them out at our welcome dinner.or since all of our guests are arriving at the same time, we might meet them in the lobby and have a meet and greet as soon as they arrive.
