  2. You look ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! Annnnndddd....I wanna hear the story
  3. Thank you Lindy S for your Shades of Pale post, although I already have my wedding dress sitting in a bridal salon PAID FOR, I fell in love with another dress that wont be out/released until March 2012, so I contacted Shades of Pale to see if they could make it! They have agreed that they can and my order should be in place by the end of today (after I get remeasured....I have lost a LOT of weight since my last measurements were taken)...I am anxious to see their product/progress!!! If not I can always wear the wear the dress I own now...either way...WIN WIN
  4. See..I've been waiting patiently for your updates and OMG your new profile picture is GOR-GEOUS!!!! Congratulations and I cant wait for the rest!!
  5. Im with Dominique, I have been anxiously awaiting your return posts!!! You're SOOOOO keeping us in suspense!
  6. No problem Kelly , Speed and Agility 45 minutes, this workout takes a lot of coordination, this DVD is more like an Insanity workout than any of the other DVDs. Its a great cardio DVD and unlike Insanity, they go STRAIGHT through for 45 minutes, hardcore with only MINOR breaks. Its a great cardio workout and it takes your heart rate up there...even the warmup is straight to the point and high energy. In this workout you use the agility ladder and a speed jump rope (included with your order) Vertical Plyo-40minutes, I have only done this workout once so far, I do it again tomorrow and will give you an update, its another "Insanity" like workout, I just cant remember all that's used and all that entails, I will be sure to update as soon as I finish tomorrow Strength-50 minutes, this is one of my FAVORITE workouts, its an intense full body toning workout that you feel almost IMMEDIATELY. I have done it both with weights and a resistance band, the restsance bands work great but I find the weights make it a little more challenging. Usually when I lifted weights at the I went from machine to machine without a good heart rate acceleration. This workout combines light cardio with the weights so I get the best of both worlds! This is hands down one of my faves, its easier to drop LBS if you combine strength training and cardio, I am glad that weights have been incorporated into the Asylum, Game Day-60 minutes, one of the most intense cardio workouts that I have done, even more than Insanity. 60 STRAIGHT minutes of Sports specific drills, this workout made me burn 700+ calories, man it was difficult! But I love the fact that I know I am going to have to push harder to complete this one and it will make stronger and incinerate body fat along with it! Back to Core- 45 Minutes, this might not sound or appear to be a tough workout, but this is HARD, my back burns, body aches while doing it as well as after! I know its making my back stronger and you dont even use weights for this workout, just a lot of pushing through the pain through various instructed poses, and let me tell you....the next day....you FEEL it Relief-25 Minutes, this is a QUICK to the point light stretching DVD, not yoga by any means, just stretching your muscles to give them and your body a break until the next workout. I appreciate the fact that its only 25 minutes as my attention span doesnt like anything really slow and/or long. Overtime- 15 minutes I have yet to do this workout, I hear its a supplemental DVD to Game day that you pop in after to see if you have anything left to give....the first time I didnt, and it wasnt part of the schedule, it is the next go around....so we will see how this one goes. And I think that's all of them. So yes, it IS like a P90x/Insanity combo, glad i did them after the Insanity, I wouldnt start with them, Insanity DEFINITELY prepares you for all the cardio. I am by no means an athlete! I just admire/desire their bodies and I know you have to do what they do to get what they've got (workout wise). Hope this helps.
  7. I love the dress in the pale pink, I think it would look amazing on you. I would suggest Jasmines Bridal, they are doing my dress and are AMAZING with communication! A previous bride went with Shades of Pale and I LOVE their work as well, they responded to all my questions fairly quickly The above bride, you inquired with as to where she got her dress from, went with Monicas Bridal...Hope this helps
  8. I agree with you, I feel like I am at a standstill as well! My list of things to do: 1: Buy Bubba Kegs for bridal party 2: Buy Lingerie/Jewelry for my Boudoir shoot 3. Send out email to bridesmaids regarding hair and shoe requirement 4. Pay for rehearsal dinner (having ours at the Jellyfish) 5. Put playlist together for wedding/dinner/dancing 6. Buy dresses for Bridal shower 7. Get sons passport 8. Pick out shoes 9. Makeup and hair trialDress fitting 12/28/2011 10. Final dress fitting 1/28/2012 11. Lose 15 Lbs.... I am sure I will have more the closer we get...86 days until we leave, 91 days til our symbolic ceremony. 7? days until our legal ceremony (a question mark because we havent really decided on an actual date yet)
  9. www.jasminesbridalshop.com They have a Facebook page with the dresses that they have made already, communication is GREAT and the price was much less than the 5K price tag
  10. This is my dress, I will post pictures as soon as I get them, Designer grade materials, premium grade craftsmanship. Pnini Tornai 4066
  11. YAY!!! I got my Pnina ordered through Jasmines as well, ordered it about 3 weeks ago with Premium craftsmanship/Designer Materials! I cant wait to see yours!!!
  12. I understand your sentiments Trivera! Which dress were you looking for/at? Did you pick a manufacturer?
  13. MissKim, can you number the hats? Its hard to say the black one, or the white one...or #3 cause my #3 might be a different one than reflects on your screen
  14. 13, I find the extra two help the rotation, and the Max Interval Sports Training is one of my faves and you cant go wrong with the Insane Abs! I loved/hated everything about Insanity, Shaun is a GREAT motivator, plus even the people in the video take breaks, makes me feel better knowing they are all fighting through it like me! I am on day 14 of the Asylum and have trimmed/toned signifigantly! I am getting a LOT of compliments...so for anyone that finishes Insanity, The Asylum will definitely get you where you want/need to be! I love it!
  15. LOL! I am a tad jealous that you got to try on dresses at Kleinfeld! Did you get one of the well known sales representatives??? $15,000 for a dress??? That's more than my ENTIRE wedding budget!!! LOL! HAve you decided on going with JAsmine?
  16. I am plnning mine at the Majestic Elegance!!! I am really excited about it! I have seen a lot of photos at the Paradisus Punta Cana which was another option for us. The only thing to be leary about is all the resorts nickle and diming. If your date is available I would do the wedding/reception either at the JellyFish Restaurant or on the La Barcaza wedding boat. We are doing the Symbolic wedding at the resort then the reception is going to be on La Barcaza. Hope this helps and HAPPY PLANNING!
  17. i would love to see/hear about more wedding dresses!!! Can we get back to being a supportive communi, or if thie prettypig debate MUST continue, can you start a "preetypig was bannedd" thread or poll?
  18. Sxct...I think she wanted to see YOUR BD photos! LOL!
  19. Sounds like the best plan! A good balance of both!
  20. Allie, honestly I would do the core cardio and balance, you really are going to need to take it easy for a week because phase II is a different kind of beast! The Core Cardio and balance is still hard, but less jumping, it will still make you sweat. MY only gripe is that it gets repetitive and 6 days of doing it wasnt the best.
