I was thinking of doing just a gathering in the lobby. Do you think the hotel would mind if 100+ showed up and just over took everything. I just dont want to have to pay more money for a private welcome dinner. If our group wasnt as large I wouldnt care but it gets expensive.

Ok I have 11 bridesmaids and am paying for their dresses, jewelry, shoes and clutches. Does anyone knwo any sites I can look at with decent prices for dresses and any of these other items as I would like to keep the price for all of this at or around 1500-2000

Now when you say trash the dress are you really trashing it?? I'm not sure after searching to find teh perfect dress and for how much you spend on it I would want to trash it.

I am having a very large group going to Mexico 100+ plus a large bridal party of 22 so any ideas of being frugal with everything are greatly appreciated.

I have 100+ people coming so would you suggest doing the seating chart and place cards on a table?? Maybe i can get all of my place cards free from vista print. Finding deals on all of these things is going to be a fun task

I think you should go with the second bracelet in the orange. I was worried about colors being different shades but i think each will compliment eachother and will make it look unique and less uniformed.

Ok this thread is awesome and has some really great ideas. I have a very large group and bridal party coming. I have 1 made of honor, 10 bridesmaids & 10 groomsmen, 2 ring bearers and 2 flower girls. My idea was to buy all of their dresses, jewelry and shoes. Does that seem like not enough? I would probably do more but with such a large group everything adds up fast. NOt to mention there will be 100+ people coming to the wedding so they will all get OOT bags. Any suggestions on websites for reasonably priced dresses or gifts for the bridal party??

I will be sending out the save the dates the end of this month begining of September. I figured a years notice would be good. I ordered save the date magnets off of vistaprint and they were extremely reasonable. I got 200 magnets with everything printed, labels, and extra envelopes for a little over $100. They have tons of coupon codes online.
