    Even buying them a tanning package a few of my girls are fair skinned with that Irish skin. So they'll burn then freckle then be white again.

    I was thinking of taking the advice of someone else who said something about instead of teh vases just get the candles and use white dinner plates. Then i can spread the gems on the plate with loose flowers. That way I wouldn't have to worry about carrying anything. I'm just afraid that they won't be enough on the tables and the candles will blow out without the vase around it. If we have it inside this wouldnt be a problem but I wanted to do the private dinner on teh pool deck.

    As of right now I would say we would have 12-15 tables of 10 so that would be alot glass containers to bring. Customs may think I am absolutely insane.

    Oh the way she made it sound is I would have to just pay the difference for the next package up since I am already doing the ultimate wedding package with the resort. So spending 500 more for all day coverage and the video is soo worth it to me. I figure out of the 100+ people we should have some decent and funny unprofessional shots that they get too. I guess then I won't stress about the photographer.

    Yes I understand paying for the setup but to charge for something that is included is a little ridiculous I think. We are also having a 100+ people at the Dreams Riviera Cancun and doing a private dinner. Have you done a site inspection? Which area did you pick for your group? Also are you doing a welcome dinner or anything like that? We're doing the ultimate package since it seems like the best price and includes everything we would need.

    Oh thats very reasonable. Where did you get it at? Do you think if I ordered 11 they would give a discount?

    Yeah I think you would have to invite everyone. Everyone would get to hear all of the fun filled stories from everyone then. I'm sure everyone will have different experiences.

    I'm sure they would have to see the wisdom in that. Make it an open house/yay we did it fiesta with a mexico theme. Thats how i've made everyone who cant come feel better. It will be like being in mexico without being in mexico.

    The parasols are a really good idea. Plus if any of the girls burn the couple days before this can help shield them from the sun.

    I also would like this information. We are getting married at 4 and I was thinking photos for an hour after for friends and family that wanted photos. Then do cocktails n appetizers then reception after but not sure how well all of that will flow.

    You have to do what makes you happy. Just remember this is your day so anybody elses opinions don't matter.

    Totally agree on the table assignment but I think most people should be able to figure out how to sit at a table together.

    I couldn't agree more. I always tell my travel agent and other friends who are having normal weddings to check it out. Everyone is sooo friendly, helpful and informative.
