Hi ladies!!!!! Were just got back yesterday from dreams everything was amazing!!! I am absolutely in love with my pictures! Anel did such an amazing job! Don't stress about anything, seriously. When you have your meeting with your coordinator, ours was Gina, she will go over everything and change whatever she needs to make things perfect! We also met with Linda the officiant to go over what all we wanted her to say and she gave us choices of different openings, vows, and closings. So request to meet with your officiant, I also recommend Linda because she spoke great English and you could understand her! Check in was a breeze, Ryan's brother had a small issue but we sorted that out quickly. The rooms are amazing! our view of the ocean was awesome, i definitely recommend getting the preferred rooms, way better views, and the preferred bar makes better drinks and has better liquor!!! lol Ladies do the trash the dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those pics are the best by far!!! I actually came up with the idea of doing it at sunrise, cuz the sun rises over the ocean! We had to get up super early but my pictures are Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to keep all of them. We did the 1,499 package so we got to choose 236 combined with our 36 from the Love package! i had a lace dress i was a lil worried about it getting ruined, but its in perfect condition, i just wore it in the shower and got all the sand off. The shower head detach so that was a huge help. Seriously if you take away one thing from this post please do the trash the dress!!!!!!! save save save if you have to lol ill answer any questions you have! Lets see....i requested to have a quick rehearsal the day before the wedding it was about 20 minutes if that. We met Gina in her office and walked to the ceremony site at North beach. Definitely ask for a rehearsal especially if you have a bridal party so everyone knows what they are doing!!!! Also a must if your having ur ceremony on the beach choose NORTH BEACH! its more private and a way better location! south beach is literally next to the volleyball court, the the beach bar and everyone hangs out over there, especially the loud and obnoxious people, ill get into them later!!! Seriously tho brides if you know you have a rowdy group that's fine and all, but please try to control them during other peoples weddings!!! its just rude!! i saw at least 4 different groups of people that were clearly wedding groups being ridiculous when other people were getting married i wanted to ask when there weddings were so i could be loud and act like an ass whole, when they were getting married. Sorry for going off there lol most people are really respectful, i just expected more from other brides! So please ladies try and ask your groups to be respectful when others are having there weddings! We did our reception at the pool deck, i love it the food was awesome and it was really private! One thing i was so confused about it the food lol you can only pic one entree for everyone to have, they will make exceptions tho, we had one vegetarian and i chose a different menu for her just ask your planner. Our cocktail hour was at North jacuzzi, again more private than south jacuzzi. Hey i got a response from Gina and she told me we have to pick one entree for all of our guests to have!!! I thinks its stupid, but at least i finally got a clear answer! lol

How many different entrees did you give your guests to choose from? Im still confused lol and it takes forever to get a response from Gina.

Maybe some of you can help me out with this because i have no idea what Gina is saying in her email to me because of her broken english! For selecting the menu she emailed me the silver and gold plates to choose from, so can i pick any soup and any salad from both lists? Also i know we have to tell her what entree each guests wants can they choose from all 8? or do i pick 2 different ones and they can only choose from the 2 i select? ahhhh im probably not explaining this correctly hopefully someone understands me and can help me out! I wish we could just do a buffet it would be way easier, but she told us u have to have at least 30 people to do that, and we only have 18. Thanks ladies!

What kind of fabric is everyone getting for decorating the chuppah? Or ru just sticking with the white that comes with the packages?

Ladies a few questions, 1. How many hours before your ceremony begins ru making your apt for the spa? our ceremony is at 5 so i was thinking around 1 or is that to early? 2. What ru doing the day of the wedding? Is everyone separating from your man for the day or doing stuff together? THanks!

Dont stress! were getting married April 22, 2012 and were sending save the dates out this week! Everyone who we think will attend pretty much knows all the details. Have you ordered your save the dates?

Were having our ceremony at North beach at 5, cocktail hour at 6:30 at North jacuzzi and reception at 7:30 on the pool deck. Were trying to keep it low key. were not adding on anything to the package. Were doing the Dreams of Love and having Anel one of the resort photographers do our pics. Well i take that back i may add some lighting. Im not sure yet, maybe we will see a wedding fri night or sat, i want to spy and see if i need to add it lol We are arriving on Wednesday, April 18 and staying through Saturday, April 28Th My travel agent is working with the resort, so I have not had contact directly with anyone from the resort yet. We currently booked the Gazebo for our ceremony. Because we are having a big reception back home, we are not going all out with a cocktail hour or reception. We are not expecing many people (maybe 20ish) so we figure we will just hang out at one of the bars after the ceremony and then just dinner afterward at one of the resturants. I look forward to planning with you! What do you have completed so far? What are your arrangements?

We will be paying for their dresses and possibly jewelry! For the guys im not sure yet. Probably their outfits as well but im not sure what they are going to wear yet.

Were arriving on friday the 20th, were doing the symbolic ceremony so we dont have to be there so many days before, what about you guys? were staying 10 nights in the preferred ocean front room, i only picked preferred because i heard they have better ocean views. How long ru guys staying? I should be getting my save the dates in the mail friday and sending them out monday, i feel like were way behind compared to other brides on here lol. i dont really have anything else done. How many people ru guys expecting? Im so excited to know another bride thats getting married on the same day! btw my name is Tessa and my fiances name is Ryan

What room is everyone going with? I know Lindsay said she went with the lowest room and they upgraded them to the honeymoon suit. Do they usually do this. I dont want to pay for a more expensive room and then have them upgrade anyways, but i also dont wanna get the lowest room and have them not upgrade lol. Im torn any advice ladies?

yay!! lol we are having an AHR in my parents backyard a month after we get home.....i was debating on how formal i wanted to make it but i really want to wear my dress again!! So i guess ill make it semi formal so i dont look out of place and if i do i dont care lol thanks ladies!
