Hi mrl, it's better to call. For my favors i'm doing minature Appleton rum with personalized shots glasses in a hot pink organza bag. Their store is 5 mins away from Sunset beach resort. They told me that they would deliver. I just gave then the date when i wanted the rum to be delivered and payment is expected when delivered.

Oh yeah . i would of done the same , I doing the usual medicine stuff as well. We are going to make CD's using the songs we have on our website. We might add some personalized tee shirts. BTW i loves me some chico sticks

Hi mrl, I hope you had a wonderful Easter...How's the planning coming along? Did you end up chosing Jan's flowers. The resort is charging me and arm and a leg for flowers. I just sent Jan a quote request for flowers. Are you doing the a la carte menu or the buffet? By the way did you get a contract from Olivene yet?

how much is jen charging for the centerpieces? Is sunset charging the vendor fee?

Whew, 75, and its only March!! ( I know its crazy) Do you have the BM dress in mind yet? (Yes I have bridesmaid dresses in mind. I'm allowing the girls to choose there own style. I am going to place the order this week.) I ordered my bm dresses on this past Thursday, I used one of the etsy sellers to make wrap dresses. (That was my initial thought was to have the girls were wrap dresses but they were expensive.) For the AHR, I wanted to do a backyard bbq but my FI wanted something inside, so we are doing a tropical themed reception/party at a hotel but I'm going to keep that number low too.( We are having a backyard bbg as well with the tropical theme.) Working with Kathy is okay....I don't see eye to eye with her all the time so we speak now and then, but generally she is a calming voice to talk to sometimes. ( lol lol same here we done see eye to eye on certain things as well) Tanesha and Olivene have been okay, there was alot of drama related to my date but it has been worked out now. (That's great ) Have you had trouble getting things done for you for free like they were for the brides from the past? Like I was going to bring my own sashes to have them placed, but now they are saying that there is a fee for that too.( Really I'm bringing my own sashes and have my ushers place them . That's crazy a fee, I refuse to pay a fee)I almost booked a flight down there earlier this month to make sure everything was okay but the resort is trying to accomodate me. Is the resort going to discount some items for you since your bringing a large number? (I don't know yet I haven't really discussed that with them yet, I would hope so) Are you using an outside florist? (No I'm not using an outside florist. I'm trying to avoid that $250 vendor fee. I'm using real touch flowers for my bridal party. It was so much cheaper. For the ceremony and the reception ill use the resort) I'm going to use Jan's, they have been very quick at responding and their prices are cheaper than the other florists I have talked to including the resort. (What are you doing for your centerpiece I'm still waiting on Olivene to give me a price for centerpieces.) Are you doing a welcome dinner? When are you arriving? Are you having a private reception?

lol Same here, I'm trying not to lose my mind as well. I still have not ordered my bridesmaid dresses. I have 75 ppl confirmed now,i did not expect or anticpated that large of a number. We are trying to plan a AHR reception as well. What are you going to do for your AHR? How's working with Kathy and the new wedding planner Olivene at Sunset?

Thank you yes i mailed out the invites in the pink #10 policy envelope. No not really if the passport imvitation is the only thing going in the envelope.
