  1. Thank you for posting that website!!! That was exactly what I was looking for. Got to get to work now on my fans
  2. Would you be willing to email the water bottle templates and first aid kit template?? I don't have enough posts to download from any posts Thanks [email protected]
  3. Thank you for all the great ideas!!! Can't wait to order some pashmina's. Up until this point I thought they were totally out of the question because of cost! Thanks Ladies
  4. Sorry for the double post, I meant to post my reply specifically to this post...Really love this! My FI is from Ghana and I would love to surprise him with a wedding cake topper similar to this. May I ask where you got it?? Would love to find the adinkra symbol "Osram ne Nsoromma".

  6. Love all the great ideas!!! What are you getting the Mother and Father of the Bride and Groom??? I have been struggling with what to buy for them....
  7. We sent out save the date magnets and they worked out great, everyone commented on how much they loved them. I would search around etsy if you have not already. There are some really great shops that do destination STD's and invitations. I took a few different ideas from STD's that I liked and made our own through vistaprint, sooooo much cheaper! I did the design on microsoft office publisher and just uploaded the image to vistaprint. I ordered 30 5"x4" magnets in color with 30 color post cards (with envelopes) that had more of the travel details explaining cruise, website details/travel agent contact info etc. The 30 magnets, post cards, envelopes, 50 envelope seals (customized) and 100 address labels (customized) cost $44 (with shipping)!!! Can't beat that!
  8. Totally agree, I don't know why they show it like that. Should be easy enough to cover up and hide. It just shipped out so I should get it by the end of next week
  9. We decided on Lindquist Beach because we wanted the bluest water and somewhere where no one else would be! The only downside is that there are no facilities there, just a porta pottie But that is ok with me b/c we will not be there for more then a hour or so, then we will go back into town to have lunch. I also really liked Magen's but didn't want to be where there were going to be a ton of people. We chose Elisha Orin as our photography, a little pricey but I love her photos on her website and she came highly recommended.
  10. Hi Ladies! I ordered my dress about 10 days ago from Dressilyme and I received pictures of my dress today!! Here is the original dress of inspiration: Here is my dress: The bottom didn't exactly turn out like I wanted, I was hoping for more of a light material like the original picture but certainly not complaining I still love it so far. I plan on wearing the sash towards the back so it will cover up the lace tie in the back. I did order it a size bigger b/c i would rather it be bigger and be able to take it in...oppose to it being to tight.
  11. We are also getting married in St. Thomas in April of 2012. We will be on the Ruby Princess for a 7 day cruise. We also chose to go with Island Bliss and Janelle has been more then wonderful. The prices that the cruise ship want to charge you for the same services are ridiculous and all the reviews I read about Island Bliss were great and I have not been disappointed yet. Did you have any ideas about which beach you wanted to get married on???
  12. We are having a small wedding..about 25 people (about 10 rooms)..and I keep going back to these bags, trying to figure out if I should spend the extra money on them. The just look perfect for a beach wedding...But the Oriental trade bags look more appealing as far as price...I wonder if you could find some iron-on decals??? http://www.etsy.com/listing/57822245/destination-wedding-totes-seahorse?ref=sr_gallery_22&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=seahorse+bags&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade
  13. Thank you! I emailed Dressilyme and received a quote back and was also able to change a few details about the dress So I ended up getting the dress I wanted and I was able to customize it to my taste for a cheaper price then the original website. I will let everyone know how it turns out when I receive it. Thanks again!
  14. We will be getting married on April 19, 2012 on Lindquist Beach in St. Thomas. We have the wedding coordinator and photographer booked, and dress being made So happy I found this thread!
  15. Hi All, so happy I found this thread! I recently found the dress that I want! But I cannot find any reviews about this website, so I do not feel comfortable buying from them. I am wondering if you guys could give some advice on the best company that could make it for me (I was thinking about dressilyme). It seems to be a rather simple dress to make, but then again..I am not making it I would like a corset back and I will change the ribbon color to a baby blue (like the Tiffany's blue color and it will be the length of the train hem) Any thoughts or comments would be great!!! http://www.gowns-wedding-dresses.com/wedding-dresses/Stretch-satin-beach-wedding-dresses_p803.html
