    Hey past brides, Were you guys able to do a bridal party/bride and groom entrance for the reception part? you know when they present the bridal party to a fun song and you get to come in dancing...?!!!! Thanks

    Congrats!!! I love that you didn't let the rain stop you! We just booked our flights I'm so excited!!!! Just curious if you used a DJ or Ipod? That's my big debate right now. Hopefully you'll be posting pics, we would love to see them!!!!! Thanks!

    I also never had "the moment" so It's good to hear I'm not the only one lol. I'm sure I will think its "the dress" the day of when I'm all glammed up. Still have just under a year to go, ugh! lol.

    Hi everyone, My wedding isn't till April 2013 but we got a quote back from our agent for a Friday departure date as Saturday departure dates are still not available. I was really hoping to leave on a Saturday to save people from having to take the extra vacation day off. I'm worried that if we wait for a Saturday to become available that the price will be more expensive. As of right now if we depart Friday the 19th of April 2013 from Toronto it will be 1515$ tax in. Did you guys wait closer to the wedding date to book??? Any feedback would be awesome!!! Thanks!!!

    Hey Branya, I haven't heard much about this either but I'm sure it would work out fine. Just a thought...if you're not getting legally married in Mexico then you could always consider having a friend do the ceremony. Could help incorporate a family/friend. Just throwing it out there!

    I totally agree. I'm still waiting to hear back from them to see if they're willing to waive that fee. Also waiting for a list of other things that have increased in price. Booo!!!

    Ladies, I just found out that some prices have increased with Las Caletas...one of which is if you choose an outside photographer you now have to pay extra 300$!!!! Annie, will be sending me a list with all the additional increases. Keep you posted!!!

    Samantha, is Joel;'s hair salon the company Las Caletas goes through? I'm also looking for a hair and makeup person but not sure if i want to spend 220$ for it!

    When we met with Annie she said it was duable with 90ish ppl....and I think she said that if you go over you just have to use the restaurant next door where they usually have the Rythm of the nights but that can only be done on a Sunday. And its not as convenient cuz then your guests have to walk back to the beach for the remainder of the night. Don't quote me on this though... sorry not much help.

    Future Bride, If you want an extra hour but worried about leaving too late for the kids I'm pretty sure you can pay to start an hour early. At least I know you can on a Sunday...I'm debating doing that.
