I really like them!! They are perfect size, not too big, not too small.. and they are perfect! they have a small pocket on the front which is nice, we are putting in a rack card on the front of each in the pocket.. I wanted to go for the blue, as they would have matched our wedding more, however my FI didn't want them as he wanted the black ones ( who knows why! but i let him have that one hehehe) You won't be disappointed

I found my key card holders at 8seasons.com and they are waterproof, and super cheap!!!! i got 70 of them for 5.04 USD. and shipping was super cheap too!, this is also where i got the lanyards for them.. and then i went on oriental trading.com and bought some wrist coil straps. Thanks tori!, It look ssoo much better in person, hehe but i am so happy with it.. and it is super light for the beach, so i got the best of both words.. long princess type dress scaled down of course. but also light and not to hot for the beach.. I have been losing alot of weight, ( down over 40 lbs so far, but i have about 40 more or so to go) and so i am going to be going back for another fitting in End of december or so, to get my exact measurements so they can do the alterations based on that size.. so i wont be putting the dress on again until december..

Hi Shay, I got mine from littlethingsfavors.com they were great! the lip balm is actually really good and hey re only 89 cents per piece. the labes come in an envelope and you have to stick them on yourself, but it is easy.. and you get to pick the color. lettering etc... quite good!! http://www.littlethingsfavors.com/peexlipba.html They have other types too of course so take a look, but these are the type i got. Yayy!! congrats!!! I am getting married Februaru 23rd, at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach! We have 29 confirmed and booked so far, with more booking soon.. i am sharing your excitement girl!

We are still trying to iron this out also! My FI was thinking of either: some nice wrist watches, matching oakley sunglasses or pocket watches.. but it is still up in the air.. quite a tough choice!

Yay Tori!!! Congrats on picking your dress!!! Funny you mentioned this, as i myself just found my Dress today!!!! This was the one part of the wedding planning that i was dreading.. ( long story.. lol) and i was the most stressed about. The very first place i went to, the girls were fantastic and i ended up finding my dress.. and i was able to buy it right off the rack!!!!!!!! no ordering.... just some alterations.. and making a few minor changes ( it had a zipper back, so i am getting them to put in a lace up back, and i am changing the top to be a sweetheart shape) I was sooooooo happy!!!!! I do have a picture shown below here.. but it is not the best as she has it all pinned for the alterations and the lighting kinda sucked.. but it is somewhat of an idea i suppose the close up pic is before it got pinned, and what the top looks like now.. the one with me wearing it is where it is all pinned.. and isn't all cinched in ( as this was a tad big on me in some areas etc.. ) buuut you get the idea.

If you were to choose artificial flowers for decorating, does it cost money? or is it free for them to do that?

It was a really tough choice for us as to whether or not we wanted to spend the extra money and get an outside photographer, because the photos ARE so important.. In the end, we actually decided what seems like the opposite of most people on here, but we are going with the resort photographer DIGIPIX. I contacted them directly and they sent me some portfolio pictures and such.. and i did not mind their photos at all! infact some were really nice!! And being that we will have a video plus everyone else taking photos, plus the digipix pictures i figured we would be happy with that.. We were happy with how the digi photos turned out of the last few weddings they did.. and I am sure they ill take requests as to certain photos we want and how we want them.. so i am not too concerned at all, and i am saving alot of money which is also good..

Yeah i also decided to contact them directly, and honestly, it is way better because they are pricing out things for me, and so then i know going in what the cost will be and i will then know exactly what i want and what i am getting, rather than having someone plan it out for me.. Of course the resort can go over last minute things with them etc.. but it is nice to know i won't have any suprises once i get there.. They have already responded and will be working with me.. so I feel more at ease doing it this way also Good Luck!

I actually just finished emailing the wedding coordinator at IRHB that very question! she said it is completely up to us how we want to deal with it.. we can let the resort and wedding coordinator deal with tai flora, or we can contact them directly on our own, via their website.. so it is all in what you want to do.

It actually wasn't too bad!! I have a sticker maker also, so for the smaller labels I used my sticker maker ( i am a card maker scrapbooker, so i have all of the tools..) .. but double sided tape on the smaller labels would work just as well.. As for the spray adhesive, it is not too bad at all! just spray it into a box,.. one can is like 8.00 and it did all of them... Hey Tropical! I can't answer all of your questions, however I can tell you that we are getting a DJ for the reception, and we are getting a Steel Pan Band for the ceremony ( a little before, walking down the aisle, and a little afterwards) so that the guests can be occupied while we are getting pics taken and such. We are getting Married at 4PM, and then the dinner isn't until 7PM. I would have liked it sooner, but apprently that is the soonest they will get you into the restaurant for dinner and the reception... ( at least at the Beach, this is what i am being told.) We are not paying the extra for the open bar, as that just gets to be a bit too pricey when it all adds up... And they do serve Beer and wine for free, so i figure if anyone wanted anything else it would be no worry to go to the hotel bar, or what not.. I think it is completely okay for the wedding guests to go to the bar for coctail hour! Noone will mind.. when you are at a destination wedding i think anything goes for the most part! people are morerelaxed, and don't mind going for a small walk to get thier drinks over top of beer and wine I hope that helps! I am sure everyone is different, and it will depend on your guests.

hi Tori, I was thinking about giving them to everyone at the airport, however i was thinking that might not be a good idea with all of the first aid kits ( needles and aloe get etc....) so i am thinking i MAY just hand out the travel books at the airport, and maybe make our own suduko and puzzle/welcome book, and give those to everyone for the plane, so they can do those on the plane if they like, and then give the bags to them once we get to Jamaica... i am not too sure yet heheh.. It is all personal preference.. if you don't think that they are needed or you are worried that people won't use them, then don't spend the money on them I personally will use mine and i think they will be a big hit with my guests, but i could totally see how some people may not think they are useful... I remember going on vacations and trying to figure out where i was going to hold my tip money and such as i didn't want to take a lot down to the beach to leave unattended.. or have to run back to the room every hour to run and get tip money or what not... It is something to think through though, as they can be pretty expensive if you have a lot of guests, so you want to make sure it is something worth while for you and your party for sure!

Hey! All i did was went to michaels and bought the almers spray adhesive... I printed them on regular plain paper, and then sprayed the back of them with the spray adhesive and stuck them on you could also buy 2 sided tape as well.. it might be cheaper than buying the sticker labels that will be big enough to print on. I just felt this was just as easy and cheaper Hope that helps!

Has anyone found a Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort Map, to print and put in welcome books? I haven't been able to find one anywhere!! any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Tori, I got mine so that when people are at the resort and going to the beach or pool etc.. all they need to do is carry their waterproof wallet... with their room key, tip money and maybe a credit card or what not... and then they don't have to worry about keeping it on the beach unattended when they go swimming etc.. With mine, i am providing lanyards and wrist coil straps, so they can choose how they want to wear it.. I don't know that everyone will wear them, but i know quite a few people will as it is handy, and allows people to keep their wallets and such in the room safe and just carry what they need.. and again, not have to worry about leaving anything unattended etc..

I am pretty excited because the visit Jamaica company sent to me today, Brochures, a what to know when you go, info sheet and a 3D disc, along with 3D glasses for EVERY guest that i can put in my bags.. the lady was awesome, and she said that these little movies are just a little something to get the guests pumped and excited for Jamaica! I can't wait to add those goodies into everyone's bags! I LOVE Jamaica!!! and i have not even gone yet.. this 7 months is going to be torture!!!
