Haha No worries at all girl!! it was my own fault for being impatient and not doing enough research!! that website is awesome though and it will help alot of other brides!!!! I might even buy the advil packs from drugstore.com cause they are cheaper than the dollerama!!! if i can get enough stuff for the free shipping it will be totally worth it!!!

I just ended up buying the boxes at walmart, of the 48's of pepto bismol, and then the boxes of imodium, and then put in one sheet of each, in each bag. ( the bos of imodium comes with 8 packs of 6 pills... so one pack in each.. not the cheapest.. as the US has them way cheaper.. however by the time you pay conversion and shipping etc.. it comes out to about the same .. so no way of avoiding that unfortunately.. unless you are lucky ebnough to go across the boarder!!

I wish i knew about this store a few days ago!! hahaha i went on Ebay and bought the shout wipes.. and they were quite a bit more expensive.. i thought they were a good deal until you posted this! but i also need advil still.. so had i waited, i could have gotten the advil and the shout wipes, with free shipping.. and it would have been so much cheaper!! d'oh!!! Thanks for sharing though! at least we know there are other options other than the dollerama's to find the cheap advil for us canadian brides!

I don't blame you!! given the choice i would too!!! a free trip( 2000.00 and up) or free extecutive upgrade ( 600.00) i would take the free trip and then pay the 600.00 for the upgrade.. man i wish we were given that option hahaha... I hope you do get both!! That would be so awesome!

NICE!!!! I LOVE the little red hot's!!!! I hear you though where the OOT bags consume you! I have been on a mission for WEEKS to get enough Advil bottles for the OOT bags... and i still need 15 bottles hahah.. every dollarama in calgary seems to be sold out, along with every walmart hahah.. good thing my wedding isn't for another 6 months, so i have lots of time i ewant to get them done and sealed up as everytime i turn around i am finding more and more things to put IN them .. i need this madness to stop!!! lol

I LOVE Emergen- C !! it is fantastic stuff!!!! and you can get it at walmart, and most grocery stores in the pharmacy section.. We are putting the fruit punch flavor emergen c in our OOT bags

I am so excited to use our lanterns... we bought them from weddinglanterns.com a few months ago.. and can't wait to use them for our wedding in Jamaica this february!!! I am glad to hear they were a huge hit!! We plan on packing ours in our large checked luggage, and won't be carrying them on as carry on.. so hopefully we wo't have any issues..

Yeah that is the only catch! I was fortunate, because i found other things on there to buy to make my minimum of 50.00. I found some organza bags in my wedding colors, i got the lanyards and the key card holders, plus i got some gift bags for attendant gifts, some starfish wine charms and wine bottle stopper thingy madooie amoungst a few other things .. so it worked out.. good luck!

I am curious too!!! i mean not that it matters,, i know i don't get the free trip option ( already asked my TA) as that is not an ACV direct promotion. All ACV can do is give you promos on the flight, but they can't speak on behalf of the resort giving you a free room.. So with that i am thinking that promotion may be certain travel Agencies or something as such where they promote that privately.. good to hear from others though on how they scored that!

Hey Tori, I wasn't able to fid the individual shout packs anywhere here in Canada.. Soo i went on an ebay search and found one guy who sold me 5 boxes of them for 5.67 a box, and then 6.00 shipping for all of them... so maybe check and see if you can get a good deal on ebay.. I am not going over the boarder at all before the wedding so this was my only option if i wanted them in the bags.. Also.. i went to the dollarstore ( i heart dollarama lol) as i was looking for more advil.. of course they did not have any, BUT!!!! they had mentos.. on for 2 for 1$, and they don't expire until 2013! soo i bought 2 cases of mentos and i will put one pack of mentos in each bag.. I thought that was a nice find *sigh still on the search for my last 15 bottles of advil hahaha..

I think that is very reasonable!!! that is a great idea! infact on Etsy, they have a lady who makes hankerchiefs personalised for the groom, groomsman, bride etc... they are just plain white.. so that might be an idea too? So it seems all of the FI's are wearing suits?! My FI is just wearing a white Guayabera shirt, and either white, or ligtan linen pants.. ( we bought one pair of each and he can decide later.. as it makes no difference to me.. whichever he prefers and feels most comfy in). and then the groomsman are in tan linen pants and then a guayabera shirt in turquoise blue. I figured us bein canadian and used to the cool weather that suits might be just too dman hot for them! hahaha and we wanted to keep it simple lol

I would take your promotion over executive class too!!!!! cause for a free trip ( saving 2000.00 plus) i would be okay paying the 299.00 myself for the upgrade! lol nice for you guys though!!! we don't get that unfortunately.. but i am still happy with the executive upgrade nonetheless hheh

Hmm i wonder how that works if our wedding is on a thursday night and we were planning on doing a bonfire lol.. do they then have two going? one for the wedding and one for the resort? or would they change the night of the resort one?

Wow i LOVE the center perices Tori! Those are beautiful!! simple but soo pretty!!! So how are you going to get them there? they look pretty tall, so obviously won't fit in luggage... are you just carrying them on with you? I am doing the basic decorations package with the resort, and then just adding starfish and seashells and some organza fabric and chair sashes.. in a nutshell that's it.. pretty simple..

Yay!! That is so exciting about your ring!! Can't wait to see pics!! 3500 for decorations is INSANE!!!!! I am bringing my own decorations down, however with Jamaica already being beautiful i am not bringing alot... All i am taking down is a few blue seashell candles... i bought some blue(turquoise) organza to decorate the arch, and turquoise chair sashes, and then i bought some large startfish to put on the arch also.. as it is soo much cheaper than buying flowers. from there i have a bunch of small starfish to put on the tables, The resort does include some very basic decorating things for the reception and ceremony, so i will just add my stuff to what they have..it will be simple... but a little extra than just bare tables.. so what i am bringing for decorations will take very little room in my suitcase as it is mostly just seashells and fabric for the most part..

Hey cole, Do you know how recently they changed that? Because i got the free upgrade for my FI and myself, and once 20 people booked i was also able to upgrade my parents for free.. so i got that promotion you mentioned below, without even asking for it... I am flying direct from Calgary, on a charter so i am lucky i get it... I know it is based on availability, i suppose that is another bonus to booking early... as the TA gets you in the Executive class.. while there are still seats availble.. ( i already have my seat assignments both going to and from Jamaica ) Good luck ladies!!!!!

Yeah there is not alot at all.. cause i can't find it.. but like isay it could be hidden under the paper.. nonetheless, i would have prefered the ones with NO metal!! but it is too late, as i bought these months ago.. and at least now the proper infop it out there for the other brides!

Yeah i just made personal business cards, and chose the beach theme from their list of backgrounds, and then added the wording they came within 2-3 weeks, so they are quite quick! you would have lots of time to get them! I got my waterproof key card holders and lanyards from 8seasons.com and they came pretty quickly also.. the only catch with that website is that you have to spend a minimum of 50$. as it is a wholesale website so everything is sooo cheap!! I was lucky as i was able to find other things on the site.. like starfish charms to put on my ribbon for the fans i am using, gift bags etc... Good luck!
