I read through this thread awhile back but cannot remember the answer to these questions now that I am seriously considering the Jellyfish. - Is there a charge for having your ceremony there aside from the $500 for the beach set up? - does the $500 include a limited number of chairs? We have approx 65 people currently and will likely wind up closer to 70+, will that $500 cover chairs for everyone at the ceremony? - Is there any charge to have your reception there? - Is the $10 per person per hour bar for dinner and reception? Do they do a set price for open bar for the reception? Any pricing info that you ladies have planned for your days outside what is outlined in the wedding brochure would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! This is all so overwhelming considering changing with less than 100 days to go but I want to get all the details sorted out to see if it will work!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you, what would I do without you wonderful ladies!!

Definitely take before photos, for yourself if nothing else! I was most sore after the fitness test so don't let it discourage you! You will be tired after the workouts but not as crippled (at least I was) as you are after the fit test!!!!

Well as you may or may not remember I booked my photographer basically the same time I booked my resort. Unfortunately circumstances have changed and she is no longer allowed to enter our particular resort and so with under 100 days to go we are frantically looking for a replacement. I think we have found one but gosh it is pricey! I like the idea of bringing someone in to photograph the whole week kind of thing now that we are starting from ground zero again! AMAZING deal!!! Very jealous!!!!

FI did p90x a few years ago and liked it. I could not get motivated by the guy lol even though I curse Shaun T. during my insanity workouts I much prefer his style. Also with insanity you don't need any other equipment just your running shoes and maybe a yoga mat (I like doing my push ups and stuff on it) but no weights etc. I found with p90x you needed other equipment.. at least FI had weights a chin up bar etc.

1300 includes travel? That's really good! Our trip alone is $1500 and then photog fees on top of that! We are looking at over 3000 likely No fees just travel? That is awesome!

Any photographer recommendations of someone you are bringing with you? Are people paying photography fees and travel fees? I have heard some photographers waive the photog fees but am curious as to what everyone else is doing?!

Are those the groom sandals (flat ones)? I think I want those to, have you been able to find them recently? I am hemming to just longer than my flat sandals. I only plan to wear my heels for a few pictures and be holding up my dress to show off the heels anyways so I chose to go that way. I think I gave my seamstress a heart attack as she was so confused by the two lengths and really worried about what to do!

Hi Tink, I am working with Colonial but also no deposit there. I know what you mean as it is a little unnerving but I guess we just have to have a little faith and know through all the correspondence we are secure. I sent an email just "clarifying" so I had it specifically in writing DATE: February 4 2012 CEREMONY: Beach 3PM DINNER: Steakhouse 6:30PM RECEPTION: Wet bar 8:30PM Maybe try something similar and that way you may feel more confident!

If you haven't heard about the new majestic decor pricing and packages as well as the fees to set up your own decor brought with you look into it. Had I not alreayd bought our chair sashes centrepieces etc I would just go with their package as to set up your OWN decor now it costs over $600, just something to consider!
