  1. It is in addition to so technically it is a 9 week program!
  2. Hi Ladies, For a project I am working on I am supposed to post online asking people from around the globe what they think a Canadian is. I would really appreciate your feedback about Canadians, good, bad and ugly! If you don't mind posting your country and/or city that would be amazing! Thank you all in advance, I am so counting on my wonderful BDW community to help with this!!!!
  3. Hi Leah, I just used a stapler and stapled once at each end of the bag topper. They are blank on the back and printed on the front only! Let me know if you have any other questions!
  4. Looks like you had a beautiful day Janet!!!! Congrats MRS!!!!!
  5. Thanks sxcT... I can't believe all the injuries but I love your saying for it! I have been very lucky as not to have too many injuries though I previously have had ankle issues from sports they were never serious (sprains, minor fractures). I find when I am doing the workout my right ankle just kills for some reason but mostly only with jumping, bouncing etc. It has become sore through the day and when I walk and what not but nothing I can't "push through" I do the workout on a yoga exercise mat to help with shock absorbance for my neighbour below and also my body I guess so I would think that would be better.... Not sure if I should take a few days or just push through it!
  6. Amazing work my the husband wife team. Are they only charging you the cost of the trip and doing all the photography for free? AMAZING deal, wish I had seen them before we (sort of) figured out our photographer problems!
  7. Wish I'd seen this to help earlier. Will post in your thread!
  8. HAHA ya I definitely wanted to see YOUR boudoir pictures, I am not THAT out of the loop lol! I will look forward to seeing them when you get back! Great advice. I actually had to double up some workouts this week as the last weekend I feel behind with too much going on and travelling. I find I don't crave junk I crave healthy foods, veggies and lentils were my choice yesterday which is just so funny as there was a time when I would have wanted a bag of chips! I curse Shaun T everyday but when I get through that workout I feel awesome. I am starting to see and feel a difference in my body and it just make me more motivated to keep going. Question for you ladies. I am find my ankles are really sore, my right this week has actually been quite painful with the jumping. I am considering taking a week or a few days off (1 week shy of my recovery week) to see if it makes a difference.... did anyone else experience pain in their ankles? I think it may jsut be strengthening because I am not used to so much jumping but thought I would see with all the other Insanity Brides out there!
  9. I wouldn't include it. We tried to think of things people may forget and stick to those lines. I wanted to include aloe but my mom, my mother in law and my FI all said... people will bring sunblock and aloe they are going to a tropical climate so we stuck with other things to save. If you are really set on including sunblock check out the avon catalogue, I know they had some awhile back....
  10. your resort did this for you? AMAZING.. I wish ours did awesome cakes like this!
  11. Sorry ladies, the cardias arrest was a joke... obviously a bad one
  12. Thanks Mickie... we are sad so we can't use Katya anymore I am glad you had nothing but a positive experience with her, I highly recommend her to other punta cana brides and we have never worked with her!!!!
  13. VERY IMPORTANT ADVICE!!!!!! I can honestly see insanity sending someone into cardiac arrest, I find my heart hurts sometimes!
  14. Looking for these too norma!!! I need probably 4 max! How much are you looking to spend, we got "pricier" ones for our groomsmen.... they are addidas (or nike or something) with a zipper front closure! I may just pick up more of those if we can't find them for the $1-2 price point I am looking for!
  15. I think times are set so you may not have an option but 3PM seems to be "prime" time as it allows you to do the ceremony, takes some pictures and then head to dinner afterwards
  16. I think this is what we are going to do too!!! It's easy and should work out nicely!
  17. Majestic offers a "free" wedding dinner at one of the restaurants so you could still do this option. It is up to 60 people but I don't think you plan on going over that. You could have your dinner at 6:30PM (earliest time) and then afterwards do first dances at the gazebo, just bring an ipod dock as I hear there is even a plug there that you can use. Then head to one of the bars with your group and just hang out until the disco opens at 11PM!!! Check out the "Majestic Colonial Brides" group on facebook if you havent already, it is a wealth of info. It has become a total nightmare! I have been in tears fro two days trying to figure everything out Here is the "new" decor info I received. They no longer set up your decorations that you bring (I am not bringing a lot dont get me wrong) even though I was originally told they do........ Decoration packages 2011 - 2012.pdf
  18. You tube!!!! you can find almost anything on you tube to listen to!
  19. Leigh I will go check it out this week sometime and see if we have them here! Keep you posted
  20. Any february 2012 brides?? I am having trouble swallowing all these extra decor set up charges!!!!!!! Someone suggested that we team up with someone else there our week to set up for us and we would do the same in return!!!!!
