JQ I feel your pain!!!!! I was all about it once things got rolling, we booked the date, booked our trip, did the DIY invites and were moving along nicely... invites sent out, started designing some monograms and other DIY stuff for our OOTS and over the last week or so everything has come to an extreme HALT!!!!! I think the lack of head count is one reason for sure, I want to do OOTS but don't know how many people for sure, like R I am a planner so I want to go EVERYWHERE to price things and get ideas before I nail anything down. I too am Vista Print overwhelmed, got a great FREE everything email the other day designed a ton of stuff and ordered nothing LOL I expect my mojo to come back as summer slows down, since I have til Feb I feel like I can enjoy the summer a bit. I pick up a few things here or there but that go go go I once had is slowly dwindling.... We will get our Mojo back together!! I am sure it will come. Like R said, enjoy the engagement part!!!!!

I can only send you what I have been emailed regarding decor packages.... I am sure it is the same as what you have... Print those emails and bring them with you, I have heard this helps in getting this straight and am sure they will honour this!

No, it is a slow and steady collection process. I am making a trip to the states in the next few weeks and hope to pick up a lot then. We have lots of time but want to collect the summery stuff soon as it is seasonal!

We will be doing OOTS per couple and then one for each single (we dont have many) this way we cut some costs and also minimize some of the stuff we have to bring! We were aiming for $10 a person (so $20 a bag roughly) well see how we do, this is one thing I get really carried away with! LOL

We are doing 1 long table too. I think it is nice because the people who know each other will be in and around each other and there are no awkward miss matched groups at round tables. We can't decide whether we will sit at an end or in the middle but I think we are leaning toward the middle..... not sure!!!! Any suggestions from past brides? Bondgirl your table looked amazing!!!

Just saw your gown on your planning thread and LOVE IT!!!!! It is very similar to the silhouette of the pronovias galante I am obsessed with lol but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 1 strap detail. I originally had it in my head that I wanted 1 strap, loved it when I tried them on too!!! Maybe I will alter the Pronovias to have 1 strap lol who knows!!! Forgot to mention my dress love when I commented on your planning thread but I had to say it is gorgeous, I think you will be happier with the wow factor of your ceremony dress and then the comfort and cool of your perfect party dress!!!!

We will be bringing all the OOT stuff down with us and then I would like to deliver them to each room. I have read other ppl say that this had a huge impact for the guests and really gave u a one on one time to thank them for coming and you can genuinely show your appreciation. This is what we hope to do but well see. The welcome dinner idea is our second choice!!! I think it would work great too

I have already narrowed it down to two dresses, the galante and mikaella 1406.... The reaction when I tried on Mikaella was blah to say the least and the galante received big oos aaaahs and wows all around.... I think I am going to go with the galante... I am just trying to decide whether to get the pronovias and have the alterations made orrrrr to have it made for me with all the changes I want lol..... There is a dress twin!!!! I remember seeing it awhile back and thinking it was a gorgeous DW dress!!

Great tip, I got caught a lot buying stuff for our invites, I would have my 50% off coupon but it would be on sale for 10 or 20% off.... boo!!!!!
