Got the picture of my dress and had to share!!!! I am even more in love with it now that I see it fitted on the mannequin form!!!

LOVE THESE!!!! Do you know the name of them?! They are great!!!! The CLs are gorgeous those would be perfect but the nine west are probably a more "practical" purchase lol It was only in my city unfortunately but it may make it's way to you!!!!!! Started my day off with a 6:30AM class and feel great!!! If only I could drag myself out of bed that early every morning I would be great!!! My mom has always been her own Martha Stewart so I always loved doing "projects" the wedding has just allowed me to explore them more and more. I am loving designing my logos and stationary stuff for my wedding on the computer that has been so fun!!! OOOOOOO so exciting!!!!!! Valentines Day wedding, I didn't even realize!!! Today is my birthday so it's a good day to mark the 7 month countdown!!!!!!!!!!!!

You've lost your planning Mojo as JQ would call it!!!! It happens to all of us I think, the head count thing is a real downer as you just want to know how many to plan for!!! Keep your chin up, you will get your mojo back!!!!! Congrats!!!!! It is a big sigh of relief to have the big things out of the way! I have a file called "wedding" on my computer in there there is a ton of sub files, I save a LOT of pictures that inspire me ie. centrepieces, aisle decor, cakes, etc. I also have a word document with notes to myself in regards to the forum and ideas that don't have pictures or something "-check out Bride's Planning thread" It also helps to subscribe to threads that inspire or interest you that way you can refer back to them closer to that stage!!! Good luck!!!!

The bubba kegs are SO awesome!!!! they keep drinks cold for up to 12hours!!!!! I also like that they aren't metal as they wont heat up in the sun as bad!!!! Walmart has a great deal on them but if you are in Canada, Canadian Tire has them on sale until tomorrow I believe!!!!!!

Anyone have a picture of the basic ceremony site? I have been given the link to all the different set up pictures but I was hoping to see a picture from a "real" bride as to what it looked like. I don't want to bring too much decor but I also don't want to be upset when I get there!!! Any help would be great

I considered doing the "guest" day pass and just say they are friend with fancy cameras but I don't think it is worth the risk of them getting kicked out on my wedding day LOL don't want to be stressed out so if I know everythings covered at least I'm safe!

Michaels has a 40% coupon every week!!! Be sure to check the website before you EVER buy anything from michaels, from time to time they even do a 50% off coupon!!!! Just be careful, it has to be on regular priced items and A LOT of the wedding stuff is on sale (so the coupon doesnt work) another bride mentioned come the fall (when traditional wedding season passes) the wedding stuff goes back to regular price and to use the coupon then because it is a better discount. Gotta love coupons!

Oh it's all a money grab it is so nuts!!! Oh well, gotta do what you gotta do!!!

Check out Jasmine's Bridal Shop, they have a GREAT facebook page and their communication was AMAZING. They have an online chat on their website and that was amazing. I also emailed 3 different dresses and I had responses within MINUTES!!!!!! Communication is so important, don't sacrifice your sanity as there are so many dress makers out there that would LOVE your business and communicate with you effectively!!!! Jasmine's Bridal Shop is who JQ used and recommended to me, their communication was great!

Hahah, actually I think finding shoes first is a GREAT idea!!!! You can take them with you the the appointment and really get a feel for the dress!!!!!! Stick with me, I can always come up with a justification for getting new shoes lol

Hahaha ya I remember the girl at Walmart was in awe, she first asked if they were tax exempt lol I was buying so many she thought I was reselling them. When I told her about "OOT" bags she was like OMG I wanna come to your wedding!! It made me feel good, because of BDW I am sort of jaded to all the great ideas we pas around, I have to stop sometimes to remember our guests do not sit on BDW all the time and don't know or expect some of the things we are doing!!! Didn't realize they were in automotive as well so great tip!
