  1. very nice cdunn!!!!! I love the detail on the back as well!!!!!
  2. Why not print off lovely tags with your logos and attach them to each bag, that way guests can enjoy and appreciate your wedding logo while still being able to use the bag after as it is not plastered with your wedding stuff. This is what we opted to do and think our guests will appreciate it, I know I would!!!!! As always R beautiful projects and beautiful work, I am not surprised anymore at the amazing things you come up with!!!
  3. That's cute!!! You should play it at some point during your reception just as a good laugh for you both!!!!
  4. I think most people just use them for some great photos but I have also seen them used to line the aisle and wow did that ever look amazing. Here is an inspiration pic I saved for it!
  5. Hi Everyone, I mentioned in a post that I attached my template but I don't think it attached so I wanted to post it to make everyone's lives easier. I used Fonts - Papyrus and Scriptina and possibly Sloop (can't remember) so if you do not have these fonts you may have some troubles. All fonts can be downloaded for FREE from dafont.com Here is the template, happy planning!!!!!!!!! FINAL INVITE.pptx
  6. They look really great to me!!!!! Always nice when FI takes a little interest but I get as surprised as you because Patrick is EXTREMELY laid back, like you said, great balance! I love what you have done with the invites, looking forward to seeing the final product!!!!
  7. The dollartree totes went out of stock online back in the beginning of June, I was in the states about a month ago and we went to 6 dollar trees searching for the bags, we lucked in and found 24 at one store but it was not easy!!!!! Oriental Trading has a very similar bag reasonably priced and you can get them all in the same colour which is nice!
  8. I would say it is the same as all jewelry. I picked up a great all natural 2 part cleaner for the band and diamond at the bridal show here last winter. It works really well but as the ladies have said a little MR. Clean and an old toothbrush go a LONG way!
  9. Tory Burch bags would be awesome but not in MY budget... wish I had your budget Sllefebvr!!!!!!!!!
  10. I wanna see the handheld fans from pier one!!!! Great find, I have been looking for once I like with not much luck (all too expensive if I like them lol) more details PLEASE
  11. Looks great, thanks for sharing the PDF, I know what it was like looking for feedback. It was weird the first PPT didn't work for me but as a 2+ year Mac user I am realizing now there are still some things that wont translate perfectly... oh well!!!! Sooooo as for my feedback -LOVE the graphics and things you incorporated for images, the patterns for the "tear offs" are so nice and a great way to add a punch of colour -The flowers on your first page look awesome -Love Scriptina (who doesn't) -the second boarding pass for the RSVP is so creative with the passenger name portion they fill in... wish you were around when I was creating mine!!!!! Some suggestions -I would reduce the bottom "swirl" or "flourish" on the bottom right hand side of each page where it interjects with the bar code. I think the top looks great and the symmetry would be nice. - I like the background graphics but consider making them translucent so that your text "pops" more against them. This wont compromise your colours but will enhance the communication of your mesaage -You all ready mentioned punctuation wasn't perfect on the PDF version so I don't want to rag on it but I would check that out again too if you haven't already! I hope this was helpful and constructive. I think you did a really amazing job and obviously put a ton of work into them. You will be so pleased when you start hearing feedback from your guests who will truly LOVE them as they likely haven't seen boarding pass invites before!!! Happy planning and I look forward to many more DIY projects!!!!
  12. I agree the gathers looked better in the first picture you shared. (Inserted the pics to help you get more feedback) I do not mind the embroidery detail but it appears the gather now look almost pinned or unfinished at the hip adding an extra "bump". Are these the final pictures or are they still working on it. It also seems like the dress just needs a good steaming....
  13. Definitely stealing some of these song suggestions!!! As always THANK YOU!!!!
  14. Not sure if you are looking for them cheaper or are just plain looking for them but I found the toasting flutes as pictured at this website. http://www.packageperfect.net/p-552-beach-theme-heart-vase-wedding-toasting-flutes.aspx They are not cheap but I remembered seeing this awhile back and when I cam across them today I just had to share!!!!! Hope this helps!!!
  15. I always google wedding stuff and often BDW comes up as the first results, I will definitely be taking your tips for using google more effectively... ahhhh love google!!!!
  16. We are doing OOT bags for all our guests (1 per couple and 1 for each single). I originally was going to give my bridal party gifts but now we are just going to "oomf" up their OOT bags and add any special individual gifts in there! If you have only 11 people I would suggest doing 1 for each person and then just putting any personal gift in there!!! Hope this helps, good luck and happy planning
  17. AMAZING dress!!!! you look so gorgeous in it!!! Congrats on your wedding!!!!
  18. FI asked me the other day if I will still come on here when the wedding is over.... I didn't know what to say.... I never thought of the "after" I am too addicted right now to see a time without BDW lol
  19. At my location they were at the bins (like the dollar ones) right by the front cash. Good luck!!!!
  20. I think she met the diamonds on her wedding band "prong set" to match her prong set E-ring not that her e-ring was re-set (as it is already a prong setting)
