have you thaught about your seating yet? i read your post last night around 10:30 and well after looking at the computer all day it was hard to put a sentence together...but i would def do a seating chart if your having that many ppl..you dont want ppl to feel like you havnt thaught of them.

hahahahahaha so funny tori, thats what i said when i was thinking of shipping stuff down there ... but its so true, nothing worse then getting all this stuff and then customs holds on to thingsits like starting all over again. I phoned the airline today to see requirements....but each air line is different just give them a call and then get everyone to take something..its amazing how much that will help!

well all i can tell you is what we did, first find a great TA (travel agent) then if its a fast engagement...either STD (save the dates) or right to invitations..if your doing them yourself Michaels has a great selection of DIY..then after i sent out the invites its right to your decorations, travel stuff OOT (out of town bags) for ppl who are going..a ton of templates..which u can find on here lol talk to your resort which is where your TA will come in handy!!!!! find out reception info private or semi private, menu choices. pick your wedding package which will be on most resort websites. And well there is more lmao but that will get you started..BUT FIND A GREAT TA SO LESS STRESSFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! if you need help all the brides are info full. Good luck, if you need anything just yell lol

there is also the travel section at shoppers and walmart....they have the individual stuff i get it at xmas to do stockings lol lol and zellers has whats called a discount isle which has stuff like hair ties koolies small candles body spray room spray and other things for the life of me i cant think of lol
