  2. Yeah..its gotten really bad lol,but now that im doing the wedding it sure has come in handy .... like I told ya, ive got you covered with the shoe department! lol so how is the planning going hun. Havent heard from you in a little
  3. OHHH CRAP lol lol I forgot to post the pictures of the Blue Lagoon for you...so here you go!
  4. What resort are you getting married at? As far as the Blue Lagoon, when I did my e-mails to my w/c i asked a ton of questions about reception locations, as having one with other resort members wasnt an option for us. So i knew that a private reception was the way we were going! Ive only heard the best of reviews of the blue lagoon, i did however have a horrible time getting picture but i did find 5 different pictures with different linens and what not....ill post them at the bottom for you. I have heard of the Poseidon, but i havent seen pics! So the 20.00 extra after the 8ppl will cover the extra set up,a bigger cake, more drinks for the TOAST,(ETC) the 45.00 per person will be the cost if you do the private reception (WITH THE A LA CART MENU) which includes a 4 course meal (MENU NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER THEY ARE REVAMPING IT)...but you can also do the buffet style although it is a little more money ranging between 50-90.00 per person, the menu is amazing, i have these if you want an idea. there is no extra fees, if you do the private reception outside of the 45.00 per person. You can do a semi private reception however, you will have to have you dinner in the restaurant with other guest..which ive heard has worked out well. But keep in mind you will not be able to do your speeches, decoration, your own music ETC. I think that answers all your Q'S lol but if you do have more I'll do what I can to answer them! We are getting married at the GPLH on April 14th 2012.....we will be in jamaica April 11th 2012 (we might see each other) Let me know if i can help you anymore, what colours are you going with? how far along are you in the planning?

  18. Alright Ladies....so to update all of us on the whole long form/short form issue that we are all having right now lol, I just got off the phone with the resorts W/C manager at the GPLH (natelie green) and I asked her what we needed to send her still. She stated that IF we want our fathers to be on the wedding certificate at that point we would have to get the letter with both fathers on it(notarized) to her 6 weeks before the wedding, as so they can do all the paperwork on their end. However, if you are not wanting your fathers on your wedding certificate, all you need to fax to them is a copy both birth certificates(notarized) as well as your photo ID (passport OR license) of the bride and groom (this doent need to be notarized) and then you need to have the paperwork for the resort itself....which has all our deposit info wedding date info ETC which we have ALL done as ALL our dates are set lol I hope this helps, as I know I was happy to find out it was one less thing to do
  19. yeah i love the colours of these, what i was thinking about doing....was making these myself YET ANOTHER DIY PROJECT LOL adding peacock feathers to it and the turquoise grass, and using these for my TTD session which is going to be more on the romantic side...need some opinions though im going to post my TTD and the DIY flowers, let me know if it seems too much thank you all in advance!
