I had asked about the insurance thing, and they said they cant be responsible for item being shipped. Im now taking it all with me

Honest your better off taking it, although its gonna be a pain if you have to change plans, its still better to have that peace of mind knowing your dress if nothing else will be with you

I 100% agree with tori, I ve had my luggage totally lost one time.....and there is no way i want to chance that with my wedding/TTD/reception dress and FI clothes. I would def be carrying it on with you and this way you know its with you and safe> PLUS>>>>> Ive seen those guys doing the luggage, they are not light with the hands

We booked our flight and trip over 8 months ago..thank goodness, same as you im going on a direct flight and both ways FI and I got the upgrade, with the chance to get another one if we get enough ppl (heres hoping) lol i guess it really pays off to book your trip as soon as possible.. i just hope it all works out for tori and her FI Good luck ladies

Honestly it really is your day ...just stay your course and it will turn out the way you want! as far as our wedding goes, we are doing a reception after the wedding only because I WANT ONE LOL not because its required, i think if you all went to the resort restaurant that would be just as great. Really its all about you your FI and your fam and friends all being together. we too are doing the AHR only because i have some fam as does my FI that just cant come...and i really wanted to have some sort of wedding pics with them lol even if its not in Jamaica were not having alot of ppl coming either we only sent out 30 invites, same as you only those who could behave lol what area are you looking at for your wedding? do you have a destination you love? we chose Jamaica only because we loved the resort and the extras the FI and I could do during our weddingmoon
