Hi Julybride40, I haven't done anything special to get her to reply. She has emailed me 3 times now. I send her an email with questions I have and then she replies about a week or 2 later. If I have sent 3 mails in that time she will respond to all queries in one email. But it has been just the initial sorting out of date and venue so she has had to respond because it needed confirming. I bet if I emailed her about something like reception options she will take ages to get back to me because mine is not until November. I agree that they should be in touch with you with yours being in July. I presume you have the correct email address as you say you have had 1 email. The only other thing I can suggest is that when she emailed me the first time to introduce herself she requested that all emails have certain details in the subject. This helps her to find our file and make sure everything is added and also to see date of wedding. Have you got this as your subject: Wedding [package type i.e Unforgettable] [wedding date] [travel agency name] [booking reference number] [brides full name] & [grooms full name] [hotel staying in abbreviated] e.g Wedding unforgettable, 1st April 2012, Thompson - T231RTY, Mary Smith & Peter Andrew Jones GBT Try this if you have not already. She can see your wedding date then.

You will be fine flowerchild. This site will help you out so much.I think without this site and some of the past brides that pop on here regularly I would be a wreck. I wouldnt have a clue about what to expect, all of the options or how to go about things. Jazmin (my WC) has been good at responding really seeing as our wedding is not until November but even so without this forum I think I would be so apprehensive about the wedding and how it was going to turn out which I am not. Past brides have commented that they have had the musical trio ( included in some of the packages) can be had to play in the lobby bar for guests and bride & groom following photos and prior to being taken for dinner. Jazmin has just emailed me though to say it is against hotel policy to have the trio play any where other than during or after the ceremony. Is it me that has got it confused or have people had the trio play elsewhere other than the ceremony? Also I asked how many tiers the cake would have for 36 guests but she has not answered my question. Can anyone help who has had a cake for this many before?

Hi Andrea, Congratulations. I have booked the same as you. Tulum Gazebo wedding at 2pm and Gran Tortuga at 6:30 so glad to hear you recommend the restaurant. It is a shame that you have problems with the details. Previous brides have always been complementery about the Wc's and how they carry out your wishes. I am a bit worried now as Jazmin is our WC. What table arrangements did you have for the dinner i.e was there a head table etc? Did you have upgraded rooms? Were you in a good spot?

Hi, I am planning a hen party (British term for bachelorette party) at the resort. We still plan to visit coco bongo but not as part of the stag or hen parties because not all guests will want to come - for the same reason as you - money spent on the holiday. I am not worried about having the night at the resort. As you say, the night will be what you and the girls make of it.

We have been to the one in Cancun years ago and it was an absolutely fantastic night so we are definitely going this time too. How long does it take to get to coco bongo from the hotel and did you by your ticket and transport through the resort?

I have just received the flower info from Jazmin and the petals are $12 per bag.

Is the all inclusive indicated by cards or wristbands? If it is wristbands then I presume everyone can take them off on the day of the wedding for the photos.

I think I have read something about the kids club on here before but as it was not relevant to me I have overlooked it but one of my guests asked about it the other day and now I cannot find the posts. Does anyone have any info about kids clubs i.e activities included, whether there is a charge, what age children they take, how long do they look after the children for, can children be left so the parents can have a break etc etc. Any info welcome. Hi, We have booked the standard room in Tulum but our package tells us that we will be upgraded so do you or any other brides know if we will get the golden club? Also which are the best rooms/villas in Tulum? Where are the quietest pools (whole resort not necessarily in Tulum)? Thanks
