LOVE LOVE LOVE! These came out great!

I've been getting No-chip Gel manicures for a few months now and they always last me 2-3 weeks. I mostly pick the OPI colors and My place charges $30. I go every two weeks because I don't like when you can tell my nails are growing out, not because they have chipped. I do know that a lot depends on the person doing your nails. It took me a few tries before I found someone that can do them really good. Other nail techs don't apply it as well and that's when it starts peeling. I do a lot with my hands, a lot of cleaning, crafts, typing etc and my nails still look great. An added benefit is that the gel polish does help keep the nails from breaking. It's been a LONG time since I've broken a nail! It's awesome!

Did anyone see the recent say yes to the dress Atlanta that aired last friday? It featured Karina Smirnoff (sp?) from Dancing with the stars. She was trying on a lot of Lazaro dresses and she picked a really beautiful one.. AND she is having a DW in Cozumel, Mexico!

I don't know if I would be able to survive a blow out sale. I did a Filene's running of the brides and walked out about as fast as I walked in...lol

we were hoping to stick with a 15K budget (everything included - flight, resort, all wedding stuff) but since FI and I seem to have want more than what we originally thought it's looking like 18 - 20K. YIKES....

Tell me about it! Time is flying! I have a strapless dress, and the dresses that the bridesmaids are wearing have the one shoulder and they look great together. So I say if you like the bridesmaids dresses, go for it! don't shy away from it just because it's one shoulder.

I know this question has been asked a few times, but since I just saw that a few of you wore your heels just for getting ready/photos and then sandals the rest of the time, did you have your dress hemmed to your heels or your sandals? The way my dress is, I won't have the option for a front bustle like some other dress do (which would have been awesome!) so I'm trying to decide what to do. I have heels that are 4.5" tall and I know that I won't be able to wear them for the whole day and I want to be barefoot for the ceremony, BUT I do want pictures with my dress and heels...lol.. What are all of you doing?

@Olive0y1 - I got the papers from Archiver's. I belive they are chain and have stores all over. the paper was from their card making section. @MrsG - Awesome! I'm glad I was able to provide some inspiration. Have you posted yours?

Thank you lavenderlux... The bling letters are actually stickers that I bought at Hobby Lobby. I gave them to my bridal party in August and each of them loved them! my FSIL even cried... she was surprised when I asked her, but she loved the card and the message

OMG I saw these shoes this morning and I fell in love!!! Of course they are not very "destination wedding" but I think they are gorgeous... Well, I already have shoes that I love too.... Oh how I wish I was confident enough in my DIY abilities to bling out my heels of my shoes.... How would you think my shoes would look with a blinged out heel?? These are the shoes I bought:

My e-ring is similar and it came with one band and FI and I were talking about getting a second one made for the exact same reasons your FI said. I wanted to share my bridesmaids dresses! I went with the girls yesterday and was so happy they all agreed on a dress I have four bridesmaids and a jr bridesmaid. This is the dress they picked and it will be in fuschia. I don't have a good picture with it on them. I took this one of my daughter who will be a bridesmaid (she will be 16), but the dress was soo big on her that she had to hold a lot to make it tight. They will also be made knee length. Here is the dress on the model: This is what it looked like on my daughter: I also picked this dress for my younger daughter that will be a jr bridesmaid (she will be 10). Since the dress is made by a different designer the same color wasn't available so her dress will be a lighter shade of pink called dusty rose:
