Thanks so much! For the bottles of Brugal, I carefully removed the original label and then scanned it. I used photoshopto manipulate it and change the text to say what I wanted it to say. I then had them printed at Kinkos and used tombo permanant adhesive to stick the labels onto the bottle.

Earlier in my planning we wanted to have a special way of asking a few of our friends to do us the honor of being in our bridal party. Since I'm pretty much DIYing pretty much everything I can think of for the big day I knew I was going to DIY this project. Eventually I will get everything put into on planning thread...but until then here goes... For my bridesmaids I made them each a card and hand wrote a special message for each of them. These are the cards that I made: And for our Groomsmen, I decided a card probably wouldnt have been the best Idea so I made personalized labels to bottles of Brugal Dominican Rum. Wow! These look awesome! Thanks for bringing up the umbrella thing... out sample too had an umbrella, but our wedding is vintage beach themed so after what you pointed out I'm going to go back to FI to see if we should not put the umbrella's in. thanks for the inspiration! :-)

These look Great! I know your guests will love them. I'm also doing MIB invites.. do you have any advice or tricks that you used for burning the edges of the paper? I'm finding that either it's burning to fast or coming out really uneven or not nice looking. The one that you did looks perfect so I'm looking for suggestions :-)

I posted a thread and I realized that the pic I posted wasn't the correct one. I meant to post a pic that had mine and FIs last names blurred out, however I posted the one that didn't. It's probably not a big deal, but I'd prefer to not have my last names out there in a public forum. How can I get that pic deleted and the right one posted? Help please....

Hello Ladies! I have gotten sooo many ideas and helpful information from this website I figured I should probably contribute what I have come up with... Here are my save the dates that I sent out this past May. I have typed up how to instructions...let me know if you are interested and I'll post them. I had to make almost 100 of them and I couldn't find enough of the orange sheets of paper, so I made them in 2 color schemes. The colors for my wedding are Orange (mango), Fuschia (watermelon), and light blue (pool) On the back of each "pass" I printed "This is not a valid voucher" but I don't have a picture of that.
