    We're doing the Sand Extravaganza package, with the reception being held at La Brasa. Anyone have any idea when you select your food? I've seen the options, but I don't know if we just choose when we're down there or if it's done in advance.

    @trivera - she usually gets back to you within a day or so, but I've had a bit of trouble getting all of my questions answered (like, if I ask four questions, it seems like she only answers the first one.) So just a heads up - be very clear with all of your questions and don't be afraid to rephrase/ask again She seems very nice and easy to work with - I'm excited to meet her in person!
