BRAVO on a FANTASTIC JOB!!! i'm sure your guests are going to love em!!! R~

  11. I highly recommend, you refer to the Iberostar Rosehall Brides thread...these types of questions, etc can be easily answered there..but here's my 'take' on it. Iberostar Rosehall has three hotels within the same resort compound. 1. Iberostar Rosehall Grand is the grandest of the three hotels and its an adults-only property offering butler service. Think Ritz Carlton... 2. Iberostar Rosehall Suites is a beautiful less expensive and kid-friendly property. Think Renaissance... 3. Iberostar Rosehall Beach is the most cost efficient and kid-friendly property..Think Marriott... All three hotels are beautiful with on-site restaurants, comfortable rooms with beachfront views, if available, etc. If you choose the Grand or the Suites but your guests decide to stay at the Beach..you will be charged a fee for the Beach guests to visit the other properties...I chose to have my wedding at the Beach and most of my guests are staying at that property. Its the most cost efficient of the three properties and in my opinion has the best beachfront wedding area. If you stay at the Grand, you have FREE access to all three hotels, if you stay at the Suites, you can access the Beach but not the Grand and if you stay at the Beach..well, that's it..you can't access any of the other properties with the exception of the disco and the spa..both of which are located at the Suites hotel. Hope that answers your questions... Good luck and HAPPY PLANNING!! R~

  16. hi, sllefebvr! no formal excursions are planned...i want to avoid 'overscheduling' things for our guests..most of our guests are only coming thursday to monday and time goes by fast when you're on vacay..so other than welcome dinner, our wedding and a bachelor breakfast and bachelorette breakfast, i'm not planning any other 'group' activities. i will be including info and details on excursions in our welcome packets though. R~
  17. hello brides! so, i'm concentrating my efforts on all things decor and wedding weekend related items...we're hosting a welcome reception in the resort's lobby bar and i decided we needed 'signature cocktails' so i created a cocktail menu...of loaded (alcoholic) and unloaded (virgin) drinks... take a peak... ok, back to DIY central i go... as always, happy planning, ladies!! 21. hi there...ndvidul! you can access my planning thread by clicking the link below...or click my name and take a peak at all of my posts... http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/t/74113/mrstgun-s-planning-updates-pic-heavy-and-will-share-some-templates-if-requested/340#post_1662502 i'm not sure if MO has the same requirements as TX but..the officiant was really helpful..i googled wedding officiants, read his reviews and gave him a call... my husband and i went down to the courthouse and completed the papework for the license...got the license...kept it under lock and key (aka my purse)..had the officiant sign it after our ceremony...then recorded it the monday following our at home wedding...got a certified copy and the original..i took that to the SSN office that same monday..had my name changed and voila..i am now officially mrstgun! real simple.. i loved the convenience of having the officiant perform the ceremony at home and was tickled that i was able to 'make a great memory' with my husband..something that he and i can cherish forever...then in 5 weeks, i get the blow-out beach wedding of my dreams...can't wait. good luck, love! as always, until next time, happy planning!!
