mobaybride2be..the suites is very accommodating and so is the beach property....all are within the same iberostar rose hall compound along with the grand...you might find more cost efficient rates for your guests if they stay at the beach and/or if you'd even consider marrying at the beach property..to be frank, there's no real 'difference' in each property other than price point...i had the pleasure of visiting iberostar last year with my FI and he and i agreed that all three hotels are equally beautiful...keep in mind that the beach and the suites properties are kid-friendly and the grande is adults only...all three hotels have nice size common areas and you can have the option of renting out the disco and/or one of the restaurants for any party over 40..i'm sure they could accommodate a large group; however, i believe the wedding packages are only for up to 120..so you might keep that in mind should MORE of your invitees RSVP than 1/2... happy planning! julie....can u share info on dean's package pricing? i'm searching for a reasonably priced photographer other than digipix as provided by the hotel.., starrysim..i did a scouting visit last year and stayed at the suites..the bathrooms are well appointed with plenty of lighting..i believe you could easily do your own makeup there..i like to consider myself a glamour girl and so i would get dressed up for dinner every night with a full face of makeup...so i know the lighting is pretty good. bride0807...THANKS for the info about tai flora..i'll check out their website! looks like a good deal but you might be better off visiting sams, staples, office depot and/or, CVS, wallgreens or even walmart...there's always a deal out there..heck, CVS has the Johnson & Johnson travel size first aid kits on sale this week for under a dollar...and you can purchase them online in bulk (up to 48)...look around, folks..there's LOTS of deals to be made! :-) happy planning!!! jamaica2012... i called and spoke with someone but then i emailed them too and still no response to my email...so i can totally understand your angst. i will tell you though that, NOTHING will compare to iberostar...while they're not as responsive as i'd like the resort is by far, the best in jamaica! let's hope they get it together at the beach quickly! happy planning!!! :-) R~

i had very similar experiences...i tried on multiple dresses at david's bridal, alfred angelo and a few other shops...i too wanted the 'wow' factor feeling or the 'crying moment'...i actually did get the 'feeling' when i tried on a pronovias gown at a bridal shop in maryland but my dear old mom hated my choice..so i gave it alot of thought and when it came down to it, while i loved the dress ultimately i ended up going with another equally beautiful dress that i felt absolutely gorgeous in...so i put down my deposit and kept it moving..and i did it ALL by myself...ultimately, when i had all of the 'opinions', etc..it was simply too much so i took a breath and had my own moment...and i'm thrilled with my mori lee dress...which i believe is PERFECT for my beach ceremony... ultimately, you'll know when the dress is THE DRESS...take your time and find the one you feel most beautiful in. happy planning!
