  7. jamaica tourist board. google them and the website w/phone numbers should come up. there's one in Canada...it looks like your big day isn't until next year..you may want to wait until the Fall or Winter to order yours..so you'll have the latest and greatest edition. R~
  8. hi, jwed12! yes, i'll post info about the OOT bag contents...the letters for my shoes are stickers found at Michaels..and they can be removed as well. uhm, the font is multu..which is available as a FREE download at dafont.com. until next time, happy planning!!! R~
  9. you can use your monogram on pretty much everything..from your STDs to your programs, etc. i've used mine on pretty much everything..gift tags, labels, etc. i'll PM you pics and details... R~
  10. ladies.. steal away...i simply put my kitchen island to good use by doing the mock up...but now, i think i might have to 'rethink' the whole idea as i'm leaning towards having our reception in the resort's steakhouse where the tables are round. at least that's what the fiance says he wants now. go figure. R~
  11. these are stunning...lots of character in them and they do look really real... BRAVO to you and your designer! R~
  12. if anyone does decide to do this..and is getting married next year...old navy tends to sell their flip flops in early summer..i want to say either may or june for a dollar..that would be a GREAT time to stock up or you could simply visit a dollar tree where flip flops are ALWAYS on sale for, yep, you guessed it...a dollar. as always, happy planning!! R~
  13. if you don't find these..i bet a cute white convertible dress would work..and you could add the ribbon of your preference too. convertible dresses tend to be affordable, durable, lightweight, wrinkle-free and figure flattering too. love the 'white' concept..can't wait to see pics of your big day! R~

  16. DRESS A...all the way...the train is STUNNING and since guests mostly see the back of the dress..go for it... i bet you can take some BEAUTIFUL over the shoulder photographs too..capture the beauty of the dress or if you can afford to buy both..then BUY BOTH..wear dress A for the wedding and dress B for the reception...i'm a two dress destination bride as are most brides these days...just a thought. until next time, happy planning!!! R~
  17. yeah, ladies..i completely agree..i'd love to make my profile private..but i too didn't find a setting where that could happen. oh well...needless to say, i've learned my lesson..i suppose if you put in on the internet the WORLD WIDE WEB could actually view it. hmmm??? until next time, happy planning!! R~
  18. its lovely, dominique..love the classic 'white' decor and rustic beachy vibe! CONGRATS on choosing a lovely setting for your big day!! R~
  19. if you can...attach the picture here and let me know how you want it...it sounds like you're having issues with grouping and ungrouping the picture/clipart. i'll see if i can get it the way you want it...the help tool is of no use in instances like this..because powerpoint isn't a graphics program..so we're using it outside of it's recommend use. R~
  20. hi, amjohnson! i've love to help..but i'm in the middle of some serious planning for my own wedding (october 2011) so adding a monogram to my list of DIY projects is virtually impossible at this time. i'm sorry. what i can tell you is...yes, powerpoint is much easier to use and no..i don't think its too much to want to incorporate all of the elements you described. i think you should incorporate what you like into your monogram/logo...if a design is too busy it can be changed. if you're willing to wait until after my big day, i'd be happy to help you out..i just know that right now, i simply don't have the time or energy to devote to anything other than my own projects. i'm sorry i'm not much help right now. R~
