  1. Wow, that's amazing! I was on a cruise and never saw a single wedding and you two are getting married on the same day and ship. Best of luck with your continued planning. BTW, we share a wedding date too
  2. You're so welcome, I'm glad I can pay it forward. I had them printed at Office Depot, but I purchased linen cardstock from paperandmore.com
  3. Congrats! All of us Palace brides have to stick together. My FI and I definitely considered the Beach Palace, it looks and sounds amazing, but ultimately chose the Cancun Palace. Keep us in the loop with your plans. Best of luck!
  4. Steph, thank you soooo much for posting the layout. I actually purchased the Aylee template and I just could not get it together with my printer. I finally got, but this definitely helps me a little more. Thank you again and congratulations on your marriage!!!
  5. Hi Shan! I tried to attach the template to an older post and it did not appear. I'll try again. POSTCARDS -BDW Template.pdf
  6. I didn't, I just use the iPad app and it's amazing. I've been using the website too. Have you found any other good recipes outside of the cookbook?
  7. Congratulations and welcome! Everyone on the forum is so friendly and helpful, all you have to do is ask. Happy Planning!!!
  8. Thanks! I looked into the Vistaprint postcards, but ultimately created these because they are similar to some that we were looking to purchase from a graphic designer. Even though I'm not typically a DIY kind of girl, this project definitely proved that I can do it...and like it, LOL.
  9. That cajun catfish meal sounds good!!! Before we were engaged we did "Meatless Mondays" and those worked for us. It was so hard preparing for all veggie meals and we even had a disastrous vegan meal experience, but we lost weight. I just made WW chicken parmesan last night, and it was a winner. I need to add some variety for him and just ordered the weight watcher cook book. I also have rachel ray's 30 minute or less book..... I made cajun catfish (baked), brown rice and grilled asparagus.
  10. LOL, I understand how you feel, it just drives you crazy. So are you going to have them reprinted? If so, I got an email from Vistaprint today with a deal on postcards. Let me know if you would me to forward it to you.
  11. I usually try to be really good Sunday- lunchtime Friday and then do what I want for the weekend. It may not be the best strategy, but it works for me. Good luck!
  12. Congratulations! That sounds amazing!
  13. Dee: I know how you feel, but your clothes are the best indicator of your progress. Best of luck reaching your WW goals!
  14. Thanks! I hope you find someone soon. Good luck and keep us posted!
  15. Congratulations and Welcome! The others here are so helpful and friendly, all you have to do is ask. Good luck with selecting a resort, there are so many wonderful ones out there and it is a difficult decision. Happy Planning!
  16. Congratulations on the 8lbs!!!! Your wedding is definitely the perfect motivator. Keep up the great progress!!!
  17. Welcome to the forum! I got engaged at the Royal Playa del Carmen in April...such a beautiful resort! I can't wait to see how your passport invitations turn out, I'm making those too. Happy Planning!

  19. It's official....we have booked La Luna for our photographer!!!! I'm so excited, it's all coming together. Yay!!!
  20. I actually just created them in Word. I created boxes the size I wanted and played around with pictures and fonts from dafont.com (a BDW favorite). It was really easy! The most difficult part was aligning the back side for printing. I have attached a template to help.
