Thanks so much! I actually purchased the Aylee Bits template for the invites, so I don't feel comfortable sharing it. However, if you use either of the Aylee templates, I will be more than willing to assist you with design and/or layout questions.
Thanks so much!!! Happy Planning!
Beth! I'm so happy that your invites turned out well. I can't wait to see them!!!!Originally Posted by MrsZtoBe
Essence - thank you soooo much for your help with these! We finished ours before Christmas (finally!) and our guests are raving! The stamps came out perfectly, even on the dark paper, and were much cheaper than having them printed professionally!!! THANK YOU!
Now I'm on to the Welcome Bags... and feeling much better about the whole DIY-thing

Hi Ladies,
I hope your Thanksgiving holidays were well. I am asking that you pray for my family at this time. My FMIL passed away yesterday morning and my FI is an only child, so this is extremely difficult; especially when we are 5 months away from our wedding. He is handling this as best he can, but I ask that you pray (if you pray) for his strength at this time. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I'm getting married there April 28th. Please send me a PM and we can chat over email. I would love to help you in any way I can.

I booked our date at the Cancun Palace for July 6, 2012. I have been in contact with a woman from Miami, the original lady who I spoke with and she sent me the contract. We picked the amethyst package because I love the pinks and purples.
When I email her, Yesenia, she does email me back very promptly, but isn't always thorough with her responses. She has told me many times that a WC will contact me 3 months prior to the event. That does make me a little nervous, but we are also having 2 receptions when we return home (one in ohio, where I am from and one in CT where we currently live) so that is keeping me somewhat occupied. Anyhow, I have so many questions regarding private function areas, cost, food, decorations, unity candle ceremony, DJ, photographer, having my dress pressed, the whole bit. I have had a photographer contact me, Adrianna Solman, from Smile market photography (????) Their packages are really not too bad. We want photos while we are getting ready, before the ceremony, during the ceremony, after the ceremony (reception and with our family, bridal party) and possible the next day for a trash the dress shoot. The photographer has been very prompt with their email responses which makes me feel good.
As for the DJ service, Yesenia sent me an email with an address for a "DJ". I know nothing about this person, no website I can find, and I emailed them and it's been almost 4 days with no response. I am a little concerned. Because in our contract it does say no outside vendors.
Also, at the private function/reception.....where do the decorations come from? table lines, centerpieces, etc????? Are those extra too?
Our package includes the bride and groom flowers, but we have made the others, to save on cost. And we have people coming all different days throughout the week, how do I get their OOT bags in their rooms????
Am i just a little over anxious...does it really come together one the WC contacts me???
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Ladydi, I love your guestbook! I'm in the process of creating one similar to the same thing. May I ask who will be "manning" your photo booth? Will someone in your bridal party do it or are you leaving it to the guests to handle on their own. I'm curious to know how to make it work.Originally Posted by ladydi1844
So I have been so jealous of all the beautiful DIY projects but I am not doing any projects yet as I have no idea how many people are coming. I am in my gathering stage- I have been ordering towels and vistaprint items and OOT stuff but I am waiting another month until I have a clearer picture of who is coming. I did not do invitations because I did an e vite and it is mostly family so I decided to save money thereand spend it on the people who are coming. Anyway so my first DIY project is the following:
I have decided to set up a "photobooth" using photoprops I ordered from an etsy seller , boas, sombreros and chalkboards. I ordered an instax camera that will allow my guests to put there picture in my guest book with a message thus my photobooth book will also serve as my guest book. I have started the guest book and this is what I have so far. I bought so many stickers and embellishments it is ridiculous but everything was so cute but i realized I should leave those for the guests to decorate their pages.

Thanks!!! They were definitely a labor of love!

Evening Ladies,
Well, this morning @ approximately 6:45 a.m. my printer love and I worked together to produce the final version of our wedding menu. So of course once I got home, & while the little one is doing homework I started to cut these babies apart (3 menus were printed on a page & I printed 20 pages). So already tired, there was no way that I could go through a second cutting to make sure I didn't cut the border.. ugh... So I only did 2 so that I can show you ladies what will be my project Thursday and Friday. FI & I are happy with the results and even more happier because I may not have to use Sarah from Sprouille Designs for these things... Can you say "saving money"
So without further ado, here are our menus. The food is based on our choice of the Tex Mex Buffet. I have to go to bed... Nite ladies

I just created a boarding pass using the Word template, and it took me a little while to figure out that I had to ungroup the images within the template in order to customize it. I hope this helps!
