Hi ladies, I just booked my date last week, and it is 8 months away. I am afraid to try on dresses until I lose at least 20lbs. I have given myself two months to lose it, and then go dress shopping. PLAN: work out as close to 7 days/week as possible. I just joined a bootcamp three days a week. (It's a start, and guarantees me at least three days a week) and am going to go jogging or use the gym in my building the other 4 days. STOP eating junk! I know just working out isn't going to cut it. So I am going to be on watching what I eat patrol, First day tomorrow. I hope I am not setting myself up for disaster. But I can't try on dresses right now. (Even though I may be cutting it close with the wedding being 8 months away) Reading how well so many of you ladies are doing is a real inspiration. At least wearing a bikini in front of your closest is a good motivating tool!
