  3. I dont believe my dress would be considred a beach wedding pic, but its the one I love and its gonna look super sparkly in the sun. Whenever will you get a chance to wear a super fancy gown? Well atleast for most ppl.
  4. I think I will buy a nice inexpensive veil and decide when I get there. Make sure to pick a hairstyle that would work either way, and just got with how im feeling it will turn out.

  8. I fell in love with Sottero Midlgey, the bridal store I was at here in AB, Canada was priced at $1800, I wouldnt pay that much for a dress. I was thinking of getting a knock off but my dress had so much beading detail and such I didnt think there was any way of getting an exact copy, so I would google on ebay and other websites my specific dress looking for an already worn dress, and was lucky enough to find a Bridal Shop selling a sample of my dress, in the exact size I needed for $600. It was in great condition, Great Price, and not a knock off. Perhaps try that route. It turned out well for me

  10. 1# fits you well, but I have a preference for 2# in its style. Do you feel comfortable in all of them?

  12. I think with a large statement necklace, and the bold color of the dress I would forego the earrings. IMO, If you really felt the need to have them wear a necklace and earrings then more delicate pieces. But I personal like necklaces just on there own, epecially for the more casual feel that Destination weddings inevitably have
  13. I was told that I was going to have a hard time to find anything under a $1000. Its different if your not flying from a major city, or the US. I tried to make it has afforable as possible, but I cant get a solid quote until its about 10months before, so its kind of a stressor, pick the hotel and hope to god its not a crazy price?
  14. oh my, that will bring a few tears at the ceremony for sure
  15. I went to a friends away wedding in Cuba last year and it was just such an awesome time I was sold on the destination wedding. Cost is the main thought, Im going to invite my whole family (I just had a family reunion the past summer, and the big question was where and when was the wedding?) So I guess thats about 100 invites I will send out. I dont know how many would actually come, but Im interested to see just how many will. So Probably about 200 invites in total. Been dragging my heals on doing up a list
  16. I would never usally book with a travel agent, but i think with a group vacation its the only way to go. Thanks!
  17. I bought my shoes off Davids Bridal, I loved the way they looked until I put them on, I dont know if it was that they were slightly too big in length but there was this huge gap between my foot and the side strap, hard to explain but i was really disapointed, and to add to the disapointment, I had to pay for the shipping to return them, in the end its cost me atleast $40 to basically try on a pair of shoes and say I didnt like them. Coloriffics Pandora, it would have matched my dress perfectly. and I couldnt ask for a half size smaller, pay for the shipping of the replacement pair and pay to send the other ones back. So here is a lesson for myself, dont order shoes online unless return shipping is paid. Anyone know of a Canadian friendly website for shoe shopping?
