I'd cash in your cocktail hour - people can drink at the pool bar for free. While you and your party/family take pics. Have them meet back for dinner at 6:30. People are paying money to fly down there, so I'd consider offering them a nice dinner all together instead. Just an opinion.

How was dinner on the pool deck? I was curious if it was really windy and or cold for the reception part. I have done dinner on the beach before and the wind REALLY kicks up. Thanks Let me know if you have any questions for me and trust me when I say.. DO NOT STRESS! It will turn out better than you can imagine, even if you do NOTHING before heading down there.
