We are going to the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach - price was better and secured the date I wanted It's so crazy, basically both the Beach and the Suites are completely booked (wedding dates)!! Already!

I'm making them myself right now, am going to send out boarding pass save the dates/invites and direct people to a wedsite to RSVP. There will be info on the travel agent and where to go to book. Once I know who is coming and have details around welcome party/gathering, wedding location (ie, beach), time, etc... i'm making passport books for those that are coming and will probably send them out right before we go. If you need a template on the boarding passes, i can send you mine! I was hoping to mail them but looks like i might be hand delivering! lol

So I had to share, we are finally booked!! Put our deposits down today and already have two more booked!! Yay! I feel like a huge weight has been lifted, now I just need to get invites out!! We are officially booked for April 18, Montego Bay!

I love it! You can maybe incorporate the feathers into a hairpiece or bouquet or even on a flower or something on your dress! I was thinking about using peacock feathers in my hairpiece, but may go with flowers... still not sure, haven't had time to think about that yet! lol! But yes, i think you could totally make it work, maybe do all tropical flowers in the pink/tangerine and then accent with peacock stuff on the cake, boutonniers, hairpiece...

Hi! Sorry to interject I got my bags at dollarama, heard about them from this thread, here's a pic!

I'm doing the same! Mostly going to be pink (fuschia) with turquoise and lime green. Awesome tropical colors!

I placed my order for Avon lip balm and aloe gel today! .99 and 1.89 respectively. Also, found the rafia fans and starfish online at oriental trader, very good prices! Fans are $10/dozen, starfish are $6./30 (varying sizes). I think i'll use the little starfish to attach to the nametags I'm attaching to each bag, and then use the larger ones as decorations on the tables or something. Also on another note, I picked up paper lanterns in pink (fuschia) at the dollarama for 1.25 each - i'm going to hang these in the aisle rather than flowers and then can use them later on somewhere, maybe in the restaurant or something. They need batteries but light up.

Hi everyone! Does anyone know where to get decorative starfish? Saw some at Michaels but they are like $5/each, ridiculous. Also, where can I find the plastic name tag/luggage tags? I've only managed to find the pin on ones at Staples & Walmart. Thank you!

Oh yes!! Love the dress, and it sounds like with your tattoo and the fact that you wanted color, it's perfect!! Question for all the brides: does anyone know where to get decorative starfish?

Is it for your TTD? It would be great but are you sure you want a red dress?? What are you wearing for the actual wedding? I'm going to try to find something long and in white/ivory so that it resembles a wedding gown for the pics. So it all depends on what you'll be happy with in the long run.. is it just the style you want or will you be happy with something in a bright color? So my final opinion is the dress is GREAT for TTD but my preference for myself is white/ivory.... if you hadn't thought you would do red, than you might regret it... if you're totally cool with the color than go for it!

How did it work out with the resort? I read the contract and it says you have to go with Tai flora, did you speak to iberostar about using another flower place? I have read so many bad things about tai flora on this i'm leaning towards using another company myself but am not sure whether to tell Iberostar or not?

HI ladies, I heard there is a pretty good deal on lip balm (with spf) from Avon right now @ .79/each. Anyone know of a better deal or is that good? Also, went back to bath and body works for more hand sanitizers and got them at .50/each! Amazing deal!
