I would call it "Wash the dress" session, actually It look better after the session than the wedding day -
Check out this post of mine, the wedding ceremony was held in a private area, very very private, the ocean was beautiful really blue and clean, locations for shoots also perfect The Wedding reception was held in the main restaurant hut, It is big enough for a guess 100 people or little more, It has sand floor a d a corner spot with wooden floor that works great for dance floor In the post there are a bunch of shots that clearly shows the locations, not hard to figure out! I see in my pictures compared with others Disco Movil Cancun Doremixx Make Up artists: These 3 are impressive, the last one work for TV and Movies as well, If he is there, It's for some big reason! That make sense, what some can do also is see If the make up artist has a studio or beauty salon and go out to do the name up and hair, depending on where your resort is and the beauty salon is It may be less expensive than bring them to your resort and pay the Outside Vendor Fee good luck!

@@TinkerSofi I have seen many Brides, Airbrush when It is done with quality It remains during the whole day, also for some days after iF you keep it, It look fresh all the time, I always recommend my brides to do it, as they look and beautiful they are confident and that make them happy, when they are happy all looks like that, also the pictures Good luck!! I live in this area and I know many many resorts, I have stayed at this one, nos as a photographer but as a guest. the food is amazing, the beach is the best of Playa del Carmen, place is quiet and private and rooms are beautiful!!

I saw this post and probably I can help showing this post http://www.luckiephotography.com/hard-rock-riviera-maya-wedding-photography-erikaraul/ the wedding was catholic in the church in front of the beach during the night, reception besides the pool in the right side of the property facing forward towards the ocean then reception ended in the discotheque, I loved it specially because It has a pool in the middle of it! People have many different expectative, a "like" is a wide word, maybe people have never make up with a third party before, maybe they do themselves a same make up look, maybe they got a good make up artist in that Spa, but your expectative may be different, I think make up is an art, and art needs to be perform by an artist, you need to know the artist. I have seen brides washing the make up right after It is finish so they do themselves and many many complains more than satisfaction and of course many won't write that and waste their time. I am not saying also there is no good make up personal in the Spa, just write this to consider... cheers on your planning!

I have done a huge research on hotels outside vendor fees, I have readjusted my costs, I have gotten a better prices, give yourself a chance to have your memories taken by someone that really cares and have deep vision on things that you can even see, that is photography that is what I love!
