Hey ladies, so many post since I have been on!! Moni, I LOVE the second BM dress the best and I love the color!! If I were to contrast I would prob do the ivory also. My FI and I are doing four colors.. haha girls in Brown Dresses with a Tiffany blue sash, pink and orange flowers with a tiffany blue wrapped ribbon! The guys in linen pants and a brown Guayabera JB, I sent you the info that my TA sent me about the Barcelo as far as wedding information. The wedding packages are totally different then what they are online and VERY cheap for a bunch of things I am in the same position as you JB, I am waiting to here on group rates before I decide on either but I love both of the resorts and I agree with Moni that we just need to go with our gut and it will all work out! AcutieRN, hang in there, it will all workout for you I would definately be a little angry though if it was taking them forever to get back to me also... hopefully Monday!!

Hey ladies my TA said that this week was holy week in punta cana so that is why she isn't getting any responses, so maybe next week?? I am still trying to decide between NOW and Barcelo Palace Deluxe.. So hard to decide but I keep coming back to NOW so I am sure I am going to end up at NOW!!! I can't wait to start planning with you ladies.. I started making my "ask the bridesmaids" message in the bottle!! I just made my first one and asked my fiance's sister since she is in town for the week for work!

I love those dresses. I have the gold one, it's a little shorter but I do like it on. Just make sure you are good at figuring out how to hide the long strings, and make sure they PRACTICE a head of time because it took my friends and I about two hrs to try and to get it to stay tied but once we figured it out it worked perfectly!

I hope you made the right decision and talked to him before you got married. I def agree with all the advice above. I went through a horriable sitation before I met my other half! He is my everything and I am glad that I found him! I now get to marry the man of my dreams and I couldn't be happier!!

Thanks JB, I just got it!! Did they send you any pics of it?? Prices look amazing!! Is this an adults only resort or do they except children? Also what are the prices you are getting from them?

JB, Do you have the wedding information on the Ocean Blue Punta Cana?? Do they have different packages?

Mine includes private transfers, I guess I still need to look into it. My TA was surprised that the Majestic was so cheap. She also said that since NOW wasn't open yet that the dates for August 2012 aren't even available on the NOW website so that is why my prices are a little high but she also said that these prices will be going down. She also mentioned that if we did lock in on a price and buy the insurance, if the price drops then we would get the difference back!

Also AcutieRN, are those group rates that you are getting or just individual round abouts from your TA?? Mine are just round abouts for individual booking if I decided not to go with the group rates.

My TA said flights should be around 500 or 600 dollars pp
