Does anybody know what the ceremony is like at the resort for the symbolic ceremony? Do you think you could provide a ceremony script or do they have one that they use? I was going to ask the coordinator but thought it might just be quicker to ask on here

They can but they do not have to. Besides, rules change for DW anyway. I did boarding pass save the dates and message in a bottle invitations. I guess the theme is destination wedding? But our colours were there in the save the dates anyway, so it depends on you and what you like and what you want. Generally they should at least go with the FEEL of your wedding... sophisticated, relaxed, chic, fun, whatever it is that you are going for.

Okay, so I made some shell bouts this weekend, among other crafts. I had help with them, and they turned out a lot differently than I originally thought. I like them. I am just not sure about them. I originally thought I would keep them simple, like a single shell or two with a little raffia. And some are like that. But some are more elaborate. I do like that they are all different. FI and wedding party are just wearing simple white linen shirts. What do you think? Sorry about the crappy phone pictures... But still you get an idea I think. This is kind of what I had in mind originally. Would love opinions ladies!

I am 9 months out... We have given a few people there's who we may or may not see face to face again for a while... We are doing message in a bottle invites so they are very expensive to ship and we are trying to hand deliver as many as possible. For everyone else... those we see a lot or who will be receiving there's in the mail... we are looking at January to send them out. That will be about 6 months. It may be a little early but our book-by date is in April, so we set our RSVPs for March 31, and we wanted them to have a couple months before then. Hope that helps!
