Hey Ladies!
Just wanted to Bump this thread, hasn't been much chat lately.
How is everyones planning going? I've been keeping my list updated but I don't think I've struck anything off in 2 weeks!
Definately getting a little stressed!
On a happy note I had my Bachelorette this past weekend, had so much fun! My ladies did an amzing job putting everything together. I couldn't have asked for more!
Also, and I'm quite nervous about it... my shower is this coming Sunday, I didn't want a shower but my mother insisted and and apparetntly there is over 50 ppl coming! I feel guilty for those that are coming to the DW feeling like they have to spend more money and for those that are not coming feeling like they are missing out. Mind you I am having an AHR that everyone will be coming to. My mom keeps telling me that everyone wants to come to the shower and I should just let it go. Ahhh ,.. and we all through a DW was going to be easy!

It looks great! Love the playlist idea!
I'm in the midst of planning my shoot right now, and I'm debating doing it at home vs. hotel room.
Where did you do yours?

Hope you have an amazing wedding!
Can't wait for the post wedding review/pictures!!

My girls have chosen the short and flirty VS dress in Red.
I love it! It is a bit short but my girls have great legs so they don't care, also 2 are a bit on the bigger side and they are comfortable in it. It doesn't cling like the one my MOH is wearing:
They also have a "long and flirty"
I wanted to get one for myself!

Great contest for all of your memebers... except it's only for Residents of the US as indicated on the Offficial Rules.
It would be great if in your future discussions with Palace Resorts all members could be included.
Thanks

I can't believe I've never seen this thread before!
All your pictures are beautiful!
I love the candid shots!

At first I giggled a bit...Cause we all know where you are coming from!
But I think you should still thank them for being there, standing by your side on your special day. There is a reason you chose them, so just remeber those reasons, and you should be okay!
Good Luck!

Beautiful wedding!
I love that you did your TTD in your wedding gown and not another one!
The link to your pics doesn't work though.

Lovepea,
We chose to have our family/freinds also say a vow, I think I got this from the thread somewhere,
Family and Friends Vow
Ladies and Gentlemen, Garett and Jamie have demonstrated in your presence today, their belief in their love, and their desire to live together in Marriage. If you also believe in their love, and wish to add your blessing on their marriage today, please respond now by saying……………WE DO
And are you all willing to sustain and strengthen this marriage, by giving Garett and Jamie the public commitment of your love and support, through all the ups and downs ahead of them…If you are willing, please say……….WE AREOriginally Posted by lovepea
At first I thought adding in one of these "extra" ceremonies was a little cheesy, but the more I think of it, the hand ceremony is simple, yet very moving.
I am still trying to think of a way to involve all the family that will be there, about 25 people, but I don't think the stone ceremony is for me.

I just bought the badge holders from Walmart, less than $2/12. Now it doesn't have the zipper closure but it worked fine for me!

Love the idea of flood pants though!! Hope get most of everything solved on your vacation day.
Does anyone know where I can get clear luggage tag holders? All the websites I found so far have a minimum order of 100 and shipping to Canada is super expensive.

Dominique,
The Bridal Sash looks Like Etsy Work? Do you know who the seller is?
I love it!

You can balance your ceremony arch like this by using the bamboo structure and either vintage fabrics or lighting in your colors. You can also add beach and glam by having an illusion backdrop with shells and crystals intermixed, you could even add orchids in your colors if the budget allows for it or you don't mind using fake. If so you could make that yourself and bring it along, shouldn't be too costly.
A gray or muted tones of pink and orange beachy dress with vintage and colored accents (pearls, feathers, lace, crystal ect) would be beautiful.
In this image you see how the vintage outfits pops on the beach? Now please don't send your guys down the ailse looking like T-Birds, remember balance. You could do this as with vintage dresses in orange and pink - this would work best with mismatched dresses (try ebay and etsy)
For your bouquet, a tropical orange and pink arrangment of flowers could be tied with lace and you can add vintage brooches to the handle. You could add real or rhinestone shells in there as well.
Hope this is making sense. Do you have a logo yet? That should include all your styles.

Wow! The detail is amazing!
I'm sure your wedding and AHP will be fabulous!

Who is the seller of your cake topper?!
Love it!

I plan on making corsages as well.
Can you tell me how you made these? Are your Flowers glued on or sewed?
Tahnks!

My bridesmaid, maid of honour, and the moms will each be getting one for the DW (I am doing parasols for bm and moh instead of bouquets), and I made one for each of the grandmothers too, which they can wear at the AHR (unless, of course, any come to the DW). I also made myself one for the AHR, since my bouquet (included for DW package) will obviously not be around anymore.
The one with the coral ribbon is mine. The two next to them are my moh and bm's, and then the 4 for the grandmothers, then the last two are for the moms. I had all of the flowers (except for mine) and ribbon already, all gifts recently from FI's grandma and my own. I created the lace flower from old lace ribbon I had too.
So, all together, I paid $1.50 for these. (Just the flower for mine; a stem from Michaels, I took apart and added two flowers together. I bought it with a coupon). The flower is a smaller version of the one for my hair flower.

Hello All!
I don't know why I've passed this thread for so long!
Sounds like everyone's planning and projects are coming a long.
I feel like I still have so much to do! And only 77 days to do it!
One thing at a time, right?!

Luvmoo, Don't forget about VS,
My girls got the multiway dress, inexpensive and they all love it. It doesn't have your colours but they do have alot of other dresses.

I'm starting today too!
I'm a little worried, as I'm not in the best shape, i do go to the gym everyday but I've never worked myself that hard.
I thought the Hubby and I could give it a try, we only have 2 1/2 months before the wedding, but it's better than nothing!

We are having a stag/Stagette welcome party, going to Margaritaville and it all white attire!
I love the idea of a themed shower, stock the bar is a great one to have!
We did do a registry, and although we don't "need" anything it will be nice to get all our hand-me-downs out of the house and start fresch with new pots/pans/dishes etc.
This weekend, I'm doing all of my running around for our rings, favours, my jewlery and hopefully find sometime to work of my bouqets/bouts!
