  3. Michelle, you need to find a travel agent that specializes in destination weddings.

We are really lucky my Travel agent has done 125 destination weddings, she is also a friend of the family so she is doing so much extra for us! Normally she doesn't do the wedding coordination, but she is for us! Because she has done so many, she know the ins and outs of the industry and how to get what we want.

  4. Where are you getting the rum cakes from?

Oriental Trading has some good deals on their bags right now, I'm buying the tropical Hibiscus print that come in multi colours 12 for $10, I think it's a pretty good deal.

I have been adding things up and the cost keeps rising and rising... We are staying at an All Inclusive Resort, so I am not adding any snacks except Tortuga Rum Cakes because it is something I know the resort will not be offering. I am not including any kits with sunscreen/advil as I believe all of our guests will pack that. We are adding underwater cameras something fun I know 90% of people will not bring. We are adding Acrylic Tumblers with Straws for all adults but not children, Squeeze bottles for the children. Godiva also sells macaroons that are to die for!! They are pretty decent sized and one person cannot eat a whole one so we are adding one of those to each bag. We bought small packs of bubbles for the children and I am designing dry erase door hangers for each room for guests to leave each other messages. I am NOT going to do beach bags unless I can find decent ones that are pretty inexpensive, I think it is just going to be plain white bags!

  5. What I am finding is that my OOT bags are going to costs us a fortune! We now have 80 ppl booked.

I really wanted to give them something to show our appreciation for travelling so far. I am only including practical items as well, but also things that will make their stay a little bit more enjoyable such as pool/beach toys, games etc.

Th eonly think that we are going to personalize is our Travel mugs, but that may cahnge, as a gather more ideas from the rest of the brides here!

  6. Keep in mind that even if they do the Logo , it may rub off.

I had bought a mug in Jamaica last year, and after the week the logo was gone.

That's why I'm going to do the waterproof stickers.
