I want to see them with date and location!
You can have more than 1 monogram as long as they are all alike. It's all about branding. We put our Monogram on everything!
-
We are also doing all colours!
We couldn't decide on one or a few, and I designed our invites using a clip art image, tropical and multi coloured.
My BMs are wearing tropical red.

Celticgirl,
I love the ring!! It's so different! I too have to get my band made, but not quite sure what I want to do with it.
Now, where did you get that dress!! I checked out the designers website and the closest one to me is in TO. I will travel but would prefer to buy online, if possible.

On another note! I BOUGHT ANOTHER DRESS!!! YAY! im wearing it for my reception because as I stated before, I do not want to be hot and sweaty lol. I HATE sweating.. and since I had my boy, it seems like I have lost my ability to cope with the heat. I posted it earlier, but I will post again because I LOVE IT! here is my dress:
OK, so I have a picture of my wedding band. BUT it looks off next to my Ering. this picture is the last time I sent it back, so its still bigger than what it is present date. My reasoning for it being so big, is that I am a nurse. I can not wear my Ering, but I CAN have a wedding band. FI wanted me to get something that I would love, as I will be wearing it daily. The ONLY time I will be wearing my Ering is at night or if we go out, so I opted for a larger wedding band.. So as I said, it looks off in this picture (But then again this picture is old, so it no longer is as wide or tall as the pic). I should probably wait to give you the finished picture, BUT I couldnt wait any longer. I needed to show people this ring! I am starting to have doubts and am debating on exchanging for a simple band?!?! I HATE SECOND GUESSING!!!! here she is!

Would you mind sharing it with me? Running out of time to focus on things like that as all my energy and creativity will have to go into my own class prep. Wedding planning is more fun.
In regards to how we are handing out our Oot bags, we get in late on Jan 1. and some of our guests will already be there. So I have already asked at the resort if we can reserve a large table for breakfast and we'll do a welcome breakfast, let people know ahead of time.
So the swim bags, were found at La Vie en rose right? for a 1$ Not at their Aqua store?

Congrats on your nuptuals R!
Thanks for todays DIY post! I think I speak for everyone when I say we miss your daily posts, but understand why you can't.
I find that I still come to your thread to see what you've been up to!

We stayed at the Palladium last year and loved it! We wanted to get married there but chose the Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios instead. The price is quite a bit lower which allowed alot more of our friends and family to come.

@amjohnson, we put welcome letter, postcards (to be used as guest book) and photshare instruction, all from vistaprint. The Keycard/Tip holder is a must. We included inflatable beach toys and floats, crossword books, decks of cards and tracel games to name a few.
We have quite a large group going so we need to keep cost down, each bag will be slightly differnt in the goodies it includes but each will be somewhat personalized with what the individual likes, ie. beer pong for cousin, sudoku for aunt etc...

I got all the groomsmen outfit last week from Old Navy, Beige Linen Pants, White Linen Shirt, all for $40!
FI is wearing the White Linen Pants from Old Navy, but to my dismay, already wore his wedding shirt! Now I have to find one for hime before all the summer clothes are gone!

Tori, one thing to remeber about using the BM bouquets as center pieces is that if you are using real flowers they will be wilted by the end of the day,

We are not bring down too many decorations because we won't have anywhere to decorate! We are doing a catermaran cocktail reception instead of the regular sit down dinner. We figured we're in Jamaica why not do something different, something we can't do here in Canada! On the down side, everyone will be doing their own thing for dinner so I'm not sure how that will go, who will want to eat with us... we may opt to dinner by ourselves, recap the days events and then to the disco to meet back up with everyone!

FYI Canadian Girls,
The min. order for us is $150!
And let me tell you, it is very hard to come up with enough stuff to equal that amount, I've tried!
Great prices, but I may boy-cott them on principal alone!

There is always the Online $99 suit deal. we are debating it cause Garett is huge too! But we will probably just go with a linen T-Shirt and Pant I already bought from Old Navy! Guys are so cheap to buy for! I wish it was that easy and inexpensive for me!
Trying to write your new last name
in Chit Chat Corner!

I am not looking forward to my new last name for several reasons:
1. It's silly I will be Mrs. Brain next year, but if it's good enough for my FI and our future children, it's good enough for me.
2. My maiden name is a well recognized family name in my area, which has benefited me over the years.
3. I will have to be Wilkie-Brain about a year so that peers and colleagues get used to the new name.
So iN light of the above...I've already established myself as the future Mrs. "B"
